Great vacuum cleaner. Had many vacuums, this one is by far the best. Best part about buying from Best Buy is the total tech warranty. Worth every penny.

This model is excellent. Very powerful suction, surprisingly light, and great build quality. Shark does it again! Props to best buy for their seemless curbside pickup process.

Picks up dog hair better than my old dyson animal 2. Also holds more dirt and is easier to clean with. Cord length is a little short.

Four kids plus a Lab, golden retriever and three cats! The XXL chamber is great for pick up the mess. Not too heavy and moves nicely. Two power settings on the switch for the multi surface.

Works great has great suction easy to empty canister only negative is the cord is not long enough my other shark could reach further & my Kirby even further then both of my sharks

I had to replace my very old Shark. I was so worried that I wouldn't find another to meet the high quality but here we are. This vacuum is light, amazing suction, great price, easy to use!

Really enjoy the suction and ease of use of the Shark. I would like to be able to pick it up and vaccum the stairs but it won't work, seems to require the handheld.

Works great, especially for pet hair, attachments are well thought out as well. Only complaint is that it can be hard to push, doesn’t glide across the carpet like our previous dyson vacuum did.

Bought as a gift for someone with two dogs that shed. Was told that it worked great and was easy to use. They loved the attachments to be able to get furniture and in corners and along edges.

it is vacuuming I like it because it is very light, only that its cable is too short for use, but I like how it works.

Great suction. This sucked a kid’s sock all the way into the dust bin. Easy to use and clean. Versatile. Does well with long dog hair.

Vacuums well. Feels somewhat heavy to push around and does not glide like our dyson did. However, it does the job and is bit more affordable.

No matter how often i vaccum it still finds more to pick up, the 3 stage filter system is also great and the self cleaning brush works great. Would buy again

The hair is literally not an issue with this vacuum. It is pretty heavy though and it does not do so well on my hardwood floors for small crumbs. Overall, it is a great choice though!

Purchased this vacuum because I have 2 dogs who definitely leave their fur EVERYWHERE, and my other vacuum was getting old and tired. This thing amazed me with how much hair and dander it picked up, not to mention it has great maneuverability. It is also extremely quiet! The bristles stayed clean with no hair wound up in them. The only negative that I can see so far is that it comes with 3 attachments, and there are only 2 spots on the vacuum cleaner to attach them.. One got tossed in the junk drawer, sacrificed to the abyss. Other than that one little thing, I'm 100% satisfied.

Great vacuum. Works very well on carpet and gets at least 95% of the dog hair out. Highly recommend if you have pets!

Great performance for the money. Coming from a Dyson that started failing after 9 years and 3 Alaskan Malamutes. The brush is strong and you car hear how it digs into the fibers. Collects more dirt than my Dyson was after a while without having to shed almost $500 for a Dyson. It has basics attachments. If you want lots of attachments, you may want to get the next level. It is great for stairs as it can be detached. We’ll see how it holds up after dealing with my Malamute’s hair haha

After about 3 other vacuums purchased in this price range we have found one capable of doing the job. It's a very simple design and easy to use. Lightweight but sturdy.
