I have a dog and a cat who both shed a ridiculous amount. I have ruined a 600 dollar dyson, and an expensive hoover vacuum due to the amount of pet hair my animals leave behind.. but this vacuum.. it has been amazing. It truly works as advertised, and truly does not get the brush clogged whatsoever. I've used it for a few weeks now, and the brush looks as clean as it did when I took it out of the box on the day I purchased it. It's perfect.

It is a great vacuum cleaner. I have COPD and did not detect any dust in the air when using....

This is my first Shark vacuum cleaner and I could not be more impressed with it! I needed an affordable and competent replacement for my old trusty Dyson that finally gave up the ghost and found this one on sale. I really like the simplicity of the unit and it works great on carpets as well as hardwood floors and tile. The only goofy thing about it is that it can only hold two of the three attachments on the frame, but by no means is this a deal breaker.

I previously had a different Shark Navigator model that I really liked so I thought I would go with this model now that we have a dog. Our old vacuum snapped on the handle that disconnects so I was glad to see that this new model is made of medal in that spot instead of plastic! Also hair does not tangle on the roller which is amazing with long haired females and Bernese Mountain Dog in the house. Highly recommend this vacuum!

Bought on black friday and have been using it and using it. This vacuum pulls all the dirt out of that carpet. Works great with pet hair and no worries on cleaning the roller. Way better vacuum than the Hoover I had. I'm a huge Hoover fan but I'm now sold that Shark vacuums have taken the lead on being the best vacuums now. Only big issue is its heavy on rolling it around since the weight is located in the middle of the upright not on the base.
