Every time we brush our hair we need to vacuum, and this one picks up the hair and it does not get tangled on the bristles. All the other vacuums I’ve had in the past I need to frequently cut the tangled hairs off. It’s not too loud and easy to maneuver. Definitely recommend

Worth every penny and crushes Dyson.

When the Dyson died out of warranty, we decided to spend half as much money and bought the Shark Navigator Pet Pro. It has stronger suction than the Dyson Pet unit we had. WORTH EVERY PENNY, and still half the price of a Dyson.

Can't believe the way it vacuums hair and so far I have not had to get any hair from the brush bar. The more narrow back wheels do make it harder for me to push over carpet. So I do have to stop and rest my back It does turn quickly as stated.

I have tried several vacuums over the past 5 years and I am very happy with this purchase. The attachments are super simple to use. This vacuum is also easy to empty and clean. It is a great price to pay to keep my house clean.

Good for long hair

I have long hair and it's nice to know I won't completely break this vacuum because of all the hair I shed. I can actually see on the brush that my long hair doesn't just roll into it eventually causing it to break. I'd recommend for any pet owner or long-haired person

It finally was not working anymore so we went and bought our first bagless vacuum. We were not sure how well it would perform but so far we are very happy with it. It has good suction and picks up everything. The self-cleaning brush roll is also very nice. I used to have a problem with this in our old vacuum.
