I had another Shark vacuum before this for many years and LOVED it. Then I saw the new self-cleaning roller for hair and had to have it! (The old one was starting to go out anyway.) Used it a few times since I purchased it and it is wonderful! Easy to use and the roller works great! So glad I decided to finally get it.

My first real vacuum. I’ve brought several stick style cheaper vacuums over the year, but it never lasts. Wife’s hair gets all wrapped around and the rollers all stop working. But not this guy it picks up everything with no tangled

We love it very easy to use and a lot of attachment.

So far the Shark Navigator has been great with great sunction, picking up dog AND human hair. I would recommend! the vacuum itself goes down further than you would think making it easy to fit under tables, chairs etc.

Picked up this vacuum during CyberWeek for a GREAT deal and turned out to be one of the best deals we have ever gotten. This vacuum works really well as it was bought to help with all the dog hairs. Does ana amazing job and all the extra accessories helps to do stairsand small areas you can't get with normal vacuuming.

I like the lightness, large capacity, and suction.

The vacuum is pretty easy to use. I use it to vacuum mostly every thing. It’s easy to use with the hose as well. I rate it at a 4 because it stopped working after a couple of months. It would just turn on and sounded very bad but not get anything. The company replaced it for no charge. I would buy it again.

I turned in my dyson animal for this. It was sooooo worth it !!! my dyson absolutely sucked the suction was horrible n the battery life sucked waste of $600 I will never go cordless again...this shark vacuum was so much cheaper n it does a way better job could not be more happier

Have 2 German shepherds and they leave a lot of hair everywhere and was doing a lot of research and read that this vacuum had really good reviews and I went ahead and bought and was very happy to see that the results are true .

I like this vacuum except that the roller brush isn't as effective as my old cheaper vacuum, and the swivel head makes it very difficult to control. The suction is good, though, and I appreciate the lighter weight.

We enjoy the durability and the great work that this vacuum cleaner gives us at our home it does give rid of our pet hair that's a never-ending battle to clean up but it was a little pricey but overall a great vacuum cleaner.

This vacuum is excellent. The roller is self cleaning and it picks up very fine particles out of our carpet. It can be a little challenging to maneuver at times, but at half the price of a Dyson, with similar performance, it's an acceptable tradeoff. Very happy with my purchase.

Over all great vacuum, i love that i can hit high pile carpet, go to kitchen hard floors, them to the little throw rugs that would normally get sucked up in any other vac. This one has suction adjustment so that never happens.

so i decided to get this for myself for xmas and i loved it. I have 2 dogs and 1 kitty, this vacuum works like a charm it picks up evey hair and mess that they made... Also it works great for dust and my allergies have cleared up a bit more ever since i got this vacuum. LOVE IT

Good quality, easy to assemble. Good suction. Lightweight.

This machine has strong suction, but it is relatively heavy, and the swivel directional control is a bit squirelly, meaning it turns a bit too easily & sharply (oversteer), so it is a little bit harder to control exactly where you want to go.

Gave it a try after years of disassembling my Dyson to pull my wife's insane amounts of hair out of the roller. After a month of vacuuming, I haven't had to remove a single hair from the roller! Thank you, Shark!!! (It also does a great job of picking things up, if that's important to you)

Works great. Suction is great. 4 stars are for the quality and accessories. They give you 2 but only enough space for 1 on the vaccum so you're left with one in the drawer. Seems like an easy fix. The quality is suspect and we'll see how it holds up. Plastic creaks and I feel I have to be very careful with it.

After several months of regular use, very happy with this vacuum. It replaced a dyson and this Shark vacuum outperforms the dyson. Cleaning out the container is more cumbersome but otherwise very happy.
