Needed to upgrade my vacuum and replace a cheapo one and when ran over a rug that had just been done with the old one, I got so much dirt that was stuck in the rug still. Great vacuum!

Purchased a Dyson Ball Animal 2 previously and returned it, due to it not being able to perform on carpets properly, for this. I am very happy I did. It’s light to carry up and down the stairs and great suction that you can adjust (Dyson could not do that). Recommended.

This is the best upright vacuum cleaner I have ever own. The suction is great at picking up items stuck in the corners. I no longer have to deal with dog hair wrapped around the roller.

We have always been Dyson fans and read consumer reviews on this and thought let's give it a chance. So glad we did!! This has so much suction power....carpets look amazing, along floor boards look amazing, corners look amazing. Pricey but has already paid for itself.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It already stopped working. I am so upset. Bought it in September. When it worked it worked amazing. Then the last two days it was sounding weird. We made sure to make sure the filters were clean, we usually clean them once a week. Made sure no blockages. Then today it just stopped working

THIS VACUUM WORKS BETTER THAN MY DYSON!!!!!! If your want an EXCELLENT vacuum for 1/2 the cost of a DYSON YOU FOUND IT!!!!!! Works GREAT ON CARPET AND HARD WOOD FLOOR AND VINYL!!!

So far this vacuum works great. We have always had to deal with hair wrapping around the brush head, but not with this model. It keeps the brush virtually clean. The canister is also quite large so you don't have to empty it nearly as often. The three air filters are washable as well.

Through some sort of black magic or witchcraft this vacuum manages to not collect dog hair on the roller. I have a long haired dog that sheds like crazy and we are hard on vaccums. This is the first one that has ever worked as promised and not had dog hair clump to the roller.

the shark is a great upgrade from our old vacuum. This machine has great power and picks up more then most vacuums. the self cleaning brush just works and we are very happy with this purchase.

My girlfriend and I both sweep the house at separate times. We both have absolutely loved this vacuum. Our Beagle leaves hair quite a bit and this vacuum cleans it all up. Definitely get this!

Great Vacuum, handling is standard Shark. I like that you can adjust the suction options. However the first time I used it the clear canister immediately went from clear to almost opaque. I’m a little neurotic about that kind of stuff and fell it necessary to clean it after every use.

This is a powerful vacuum for hardwood floors and carpeting, and I really love the long extension rod for reaching. My only complaint is that it's a very heavy vacuum to push and the swivel head makes it even harder to manage. I end up struggling a bit to vacuum with it.

I’m not extremely happy with this product. It is fair it’s not the best vacuum serves a purpose, but it doesn’t have the best suction. I should’ve bought the model one model down.

I love this vacuum. Super threat suction. A bit heavy, but I think that's part of having a nice powerful vacuum. Got this from best buy same day shipping because my other one broke. It was free same day!

It's a vacuum, and it sucks. I guess that's the point. Really, it's a solid vacuum with a couple of quirks. First, there is no rolling brush attachment ($30 from Shark) and that is irritating for a pet vacuum. I bought this knowing there was no brush attachment because I guessed the old roller brush I have from the previous Shark Pet vacuum we have would fit...but no dice. The hose on this vacuum is about 1/8 inch smaller than other Sharks we have. Secondly, when selecting hard floor mode the brush still spins, albeit more slowly, so it'll sometimes spit out pet food and fling it across the room rather than pick it up, which gets a bit frustrating.

Best vacuum by far. Had another brand and could not keep.upnwoth 2 large dogs.this does the trick, easy to clean and reliable. Highly recommend spending the extra money for quality

Affordable and it has great suction! The wand attachment is easy to use, making this a versatile product, from ceiling fans to air duct holes! I vacuum several times a week. I have kids , grandkids and 2 dogs! I’m pleased with my purchase.

Love this product. So easy to maneuver and wow does it pick up dog and cat hair. I love the two settings for hard surface vs carpet and that the hose and attachments are all on the machine. Two thumbs up highly recommended.

I bought this vacuum to replace my 15 year old hoover. Which was starting to fall apart and used bags, but overall was a strong cleaning machine. Thought this time I would buy a bag-less machine to save on future purchases. The machine was bought on line so I was going only on reviews and pictures. The only thing I like about this machine is that it's bag-less. Otherwise the machine is average. The suction power is less than desirable. I find myself making several sweeps trying to pick up visible dirt. So if you have pets I would look elsewhere. This machine is also bulky, but too heavy for lifting. Hope this helps!
