This vacuum has been my best friend!! I purchased right at the start of prepping my home to be put on the market and I have used this to clean everything from the floors to stairs to my textured ceilings. By far the best vacuum I have owned.

This vacuum is unbelievable it picks up dirt deep into the rug that you dont even think is there pet hairs no problem and the automatic cleaning brissels is a grest feature highly recommend anytime

I have owned Shark vacuums in the past, and they have all been incredible.. but this one takes the cake! It comes with awesome tools, a long hose (which is great for reaching ceiling fans) and has incredible suction! I can say enough great things about it.

Love it. It has super suction and really picks up the dog hair. Love the fact that the roller is self cleaning. The canister is so easy to empty. Great product

This is an amazing vacuum. It cleans very well and long hair does not get caught. I just moved and I'm kicking myself for getting rid of it, it's so much more expensive now but it is well worth the money.

This is the first time I've purchased a shark brand vacuum and I'm very pleased with it. It has exceptional suction power and is very quiet. I've only had it for two months so I can't say much about longterm dependability, but so far it's running great!

Love this sweeper, never thought I would find something for this price to be able to do as good if not better than my 15 year old Oreck. Have 5 small dogs and it is a beast on the dog hair with no issues, Highly Recommend.

Lightweight vacuum which I love. Easy to maneuver and has good suction. A bit difficult to glide over some carpets. Seems like it would be good to have an adjustable height for carpet. Overall, a really good vacuum.

This is my first shark vacuum, i had 3 before 2 dysons and a bissell theyll all stop working, this shark one works great i have 2 dogs,a german Sheppard that sheads a lot and thus vacuum pick up everything, love it.

Great power and roller hasn't clogged yet - I have a wife with long hair and 3 cats! Still haven't tried the attachments. I find it easy to push, but someone of small stature have find it to be a bit heavy and harder to maneuver.

We have a lot of pets and this vacuum handles it like a pro. We have a carpeted house and have to empty the bin multiple times each session but that only goes to prove how much it picks up.

I like my new vacuum I really do it! I especially love the fact that the hair doesn’t get stuck under the roller and I don’t have to cut it out I love that feature and the fact that I can pick up all the pet hair that’s awesome!

this vacuum does a great job getting under the cabinet area. No more on my knees cleaning under there. So easy to use my 5 year old grand daughter uses it. She likes to empty the canister too. Beyond pleased with this purchase.

We have 4 dogs, and 3 of them shed profusely. This is the first vacuum I've purchased that my wife loves. Hard floor, area rugs, furniture, etc. It will take care of them all.

I have never used such an amazing vacuum. It is so powerful and is great for pets! I have two dogs (a husky and a pit) and there is hair everywhere and the brush roll did not get tangled and it sucked it all up! Love love love!

The beat vacuum I have ever owned. I have 3 German shepherds so I go thru vacuums often! This vacuum is wonderful it picks up everything and doesn’t ever lose the suction power. Worth it!! Works better then a dyson!!!

Great vacuum cleaner. Has no problem handling lots of pet hair. I really like the self-cleaning brushroll. That is a huge improvement over previous models.

Phenomenal value for money. Works great on carpet and hardwood floor with its multiple settings. Also great with pet care. Easy to empty a well.

We have pets and there really is no other vacuum like Shark when it comes to power and excellence. We have tried many brands over the years and we alway opt for Shark! You won’t regret it!

So my household goes through ALOT of vacuums. We have a dog that sheds year round and kids that do not know the meaning of cleaning up after themselves. So I have gone through alot of vacuums. Shark is always one of the greats. When you first get it out of the box, it needs to be assembled. Assembly was simple and easy. The first thing that I noticed was that it was really light! I put this baby to use right away and man did it impress. The suction can be controlled with a Suction Control slider on the handle. It is very powerful. I used it on my carpet which had already been vacuumed earlier in the week with an older vacuum and it still was pulling up fine dirt. You have to play with the Suction Control slider to strike a balance between how hard you want to push and how much suction. With it at maximum, I had a bit of trouble pushing but there was a sweet spot in the middle. Like most uprights, it isn't really for getting under sofas and beds. If you REALLY want to get in there, there is a separate attachment called an under appliance wand that you can get separately. You can detach either the handle or the wand when you want more control and/or reach. I really like this. The wand is pretty long and has a good reach. With the extendable hose, there is a reach of up to 12 feet to get those crevices that you just couldn't reach before. There are three accessories. It comes with a duster crevice tool, upholstery tool, and dusting brush. Pretty standard. I believe there are some more accessories you could buy but they are not included. The crappy part is that there are only 2 spots on the vacuum to store tools which means you'll have to keep the least used one stored somewhere. I really don't understand why manufacturers do this...Hopefully, you won't need it or lose it when you do. I will say that the vacuum sometimes falls over when you use the hose attachment. The extra large canister is simple but genius. Now this vacuum is geared specifically for those with pets and/or people that need some extra cleaning. Not having to worry about the canister when cleaning really is a nice tool. The self-cleaning roller is a great bonus in that regard too. I think many people can relate to the struggles of removing hair from brush rolls... A con for some people might be that there is no light. While I do not depend on it too much, I still understand that it can be nice seeing the dirt and dust when you vacuum. This may be important for some people. Another potential con is that the power cord at 25' feels a bit shorter than I would like. This is one thing to consider if you don't like switching plugs in the middle of cleaning. All in all, a good vacuum. You do pay a bit of a premium for the Shark name but it is a dependable vacuum that is lightweight, great capacity, and great suction. I will update in the comments on the durability of the vacuum after surviving my house.
