Phenomenal value for money. Works great on carpet and hardwood floor with its multiple settings. Also great with pet care. Easy to empty a well.

I like almost everything about this vacuum. It has good suction and works well. The con is when using the hose, a little stretch of the hose and the whole machine tips over. Grrr. So frustrating. Wish Shark would figure out a way to prevent this.

Easy for me to use. Very controllable to navigate. Large dirt collection container. Less noisy comparable to other vacuum cleaners that I have experienced in the past. It did a excellent job of cleaning the dirt from my carpet.

We originally had a Dyson upright. After having several issues with it, we returned it for the Shark upright. Works great, I will say that it does not maneuver are well as we would like, but it does work on our wood floor as well as our kitchen tile.

I’ve tried other vacuum cleaners to remove pet hair from our carpets but this one really does the job. This model will surprise you. Works perfectly thank you.

Work perfectly fine, the only downside is that the cord is not that long, is long enough but I was expecting a little more longer, and it doesn’t come with a lot of attachments, just three. But beside that is a great vacuum I recommended.

Loveeeee this vacuum. We have a toddler and a dog and this makes cleaning so easy. Love all the features! 2 weeks after i bought this , costco started selling it for $150-160.

Bought 2, replaced old one. Good purchase so far. Easy to assemble and real easy to use. Hteat attachments, good suction amazed how much first time using. Easy to empty. Seems to be well built.

I went back to a Dyson and did not love it instead of sticking with shark I am so glad I went back to buying another shark vacuum!

Sucks like a charm, and it’s a lot more impressive that what I thought it would be. It was between this and a Dyson, and I’m not disappointed. I just wish the cord was longer and I wish there was a light on the front.

This has been great to use with having a dog that sheds alot in the house. It really picks up alot out of the carpet. I would buy this again

2 months with it and so far so good. Haven't had to deal with hair all over the roller and has good suction power. The only down side is that it is a little too heavy but otherwise, happy with it so far.

I love this vacuum. Turns easily-good suction-kind of fluffs up the rug as it cleans. Seems pretty sturdy ~ it has some weight to it.

This vacuum is great so far it has 2 settings for hardwood and carpet its suction it very strong the attachments and detachments are a simple click or button

Works pretty well. Still find myself running over things multiple times to get it up. It overall it’s it solid unit that’s easy to use. Maybe a little Overpriced but whatever all good vacuums are expensive.

First time shark buyer and I love, love, love this vacuum. In my opinion, the suction is really good. It's somewhat heavy but glides on my carpet and navigates easily. I have no complaints and recommend buying.

Great vaccuum, suction is very good and hair doesnt get tangled in brushroll. The only problem is that if you extend the hose too much, the vacuum will easily tip over

This vacuum is working up to my expectations so far. Good suction and easy to maneuver around furniture. I wish that it held 3 accessories instead of just 2. I would recommend to a friend.

Very happy with this purchase. Our home has a mix of carpet, tile and area rugs. Vacuum is great for all. Love the new feature that keeps hair from getting tangled in the brush. That was a big problem with previous vacuums.
