Wow-what a great vacuum! I never expected to fall in love with an appliance but this did it! Excellent cleaning power and the brushroll doesn't have hair wrapped around it, score!

Very happy with this purchase. Our home has a mix of carpet, tile and area rugs. Vacuum is great for all. Love the new feature that keeps hair from getting tangled in the brush. That was a big problem with previous vacuums.

Having two cats that shed a lot, this was the right vacuum I needed. It has powerful suction, a HEPA filter, easy dumping, and the rollers are self cleaning. Shark really made a great vacuum and at a great price.

Vacuum works on hardwood floors really well! Also the extension has really nice reach for vacuuming the soffits in my home. 2 cats and 1 dog in my home and it keeps up on the carpet as well

So far I love it. I thought our carpet was reasonably clean but the. I used this vacuum. It was amazing. Very easy to detach and use extensions and to clean out. I would recommend.

Very good vacuum cleaner for the price that we payed, in my opinion we got a steal for the quality that we get from using it. Very good for pet hair and stains as well

I have very thick long hair and always got vacuum cleaners clogged up when I cleaned, but this one works through it like a champ without a single stuck stand of hair!

I seriously love this vacuum, setting it up was easy and it works really well. The removeable handle hose makes for extended reach cleaning a breeze.

I have a large dog that thinks he belongs in the house full time. This vacuum cleaner works better than my Dyson and is much easier to clean

Excellent vaccum. Great suction and large capacity. A little heavier than my last one but hoping it lasts 10 plus years like my last shark.

Great vacuum. Can use multiple ways. Hard wood and carpet settings. Easy to pull out nozzle to get tight spaces

Upon initial use I found that this vacuum seems to pick up more then others vacuums I’ve owned. Really enjoy how light it is. My only complaint is that I can’t break it down smaller for easier use on stairs.

Bought this case in February and been using this vacuum for a couple of months and it is a great vacuum I highly recommend this vacuum! Only thing is your arm will get a work out but it doesn’t bother me!

so far so good its not completely tangle free but it seems to be easier to deal with.. we have two Samoyed pups and their coat blowouts every spring have sent to two Dyson animal vacs to boot hill....

I got this vacuum for the sole purpose for my pet. It’s a little hard to push the foot down. Feels like I’m breaking it every time, but other than that this things suction is fantastic.

This vacuum has great suction and works very well. I have had so much trouble with battery vacuums that i went back to corded.

Been a great vacuum! Honestly would buy again when this current one kicks the bucket. But doesn’t seem like that will be soon. Things been great.

With long hair in the house, the self-cleaning brushroll has been absolutely fantastic in keeping itself clean. Great suction, great flexibility, great value!

Wow. Talk about a great vacuum cleaner. We have two dogs and two birds with lots of dander so this cleaner picks up all the hair and dander without getting tangled in the roller brush.

I have previously owned Shark Navigators and have LOVED them. I purchased this one as a replacement. It is wonderful and has great power. The only thing missing are lights to "navigate" in darker spaces.
