The suction is good, but it's too heavy and when I use the extinction the whole machine falls down. Will return it to BestBuy.

It’s a good buy and does a good job. The only issue is sometimes it doesn’t move forward easily. Could be me or could be product. Too soon to say. But has a great suction system for cleaning.

Gave it 3 stars because its not a self propelled vacuum. Which makes it hard to maneuver. It has great cleaning ability. Lightweight. All Attatchments fit on vaccum except for one. Its not a lftaway so the dirt cannister doesn't detach to reach under furniture. Has carpet level as well as hardwood floor. Its a basic model that improved on lightweightness just wish they Shark kept the self propelled feature. But it does the job. Gave 4 stars for quality. Shark is best.

I bought the Shark Navigator Pet with Self-Cleaning Brushroll today, switching from Dyson to Shark for the first time. Our house has a mix of tile floors, area rugs, and carpet in the bedrooms. We have several pets and two teenage daughters. The Self-Cleaning Brushroll was a major factor in my decision. The Shark Navigator is lighter than the Dyson Animal but has a narrower intake. The suction was good, by my issue is with the "self-cleaning" brushroll. This picture is after vacuuming an area of about 180 square feet in my daughter's bedroom. I continued vacuuming in another room in case the brushroll needed time to release the hair but it did not help. I will be returning this item tomorrow.

I bought this Shark vacuum cleaner for our apartment instead of our Dyson cleaner which is designed only for wealthy people. It has a good ability to vacuuming without ruining the carpet.

My son is now in his first apartment. Finally. He wasn't stuck here in the house, but because of Covid he was stuck in limbo in transitional housing--staying with friends to finish his final Sr. semester and over the summer. During the summer he worked a janitorial job. No other hiring out there due to Covid slowdowns. And he used the non-pet hair version of this every day. Really liked it--to the extent that he didn't want to look at any other models. The *pet* rating will probably be helpful, cuz he has super long hair with tight curls. Yeah, this is a good vac. And the big magazine/website that Reports on Consumer products? High marks, too. Just buy it!

I love the ease of use of this vacuum. I also love that it has an option for hard floor, not just carpet. It's so easy to use and an upgrade from my previous Bissell.

I love this vacuum, it has great cleaning power and is very easy to use. Only downfall is there is no light on it to show the floor clearly, but it doesn't bother me because it's not dark in my house if I'm cleaning, lol.

Works great and never gets clogged having the non bristle roller. Also doesn’t leave unpleasant odors like some other vacuums I’ve had in the past

Yesterday my vacuum hoover broke down and I bought this shark and it works wonderfully all the hair my pet is collected the first time it is very good, it is light very practical and very good design

Easy to use with excellent cleaning capabilities. The brush does a great job of not getting wrapped up with animal fur. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and this does great with keeping the carpets clean!

The adjustable suction is great for my high pile area rug. It goes easily from carpet to vinyl flooring. Takes a minute to get used to the swivel, once you do its amazing

This is my 3rd Shark vacuum. The first lasted well past the 7 yr warranty. 2nd is still going but purchased this hoping would be better with the pet hair. It does fine but my first 2 lift aways were just as good and had much better attachments. Not a fan of the attachments with this at all. The pet hair remover with my lift away is SO much better. The roller however is better at not getting hair etc wrapped around it. Suction was about the same in all 3(excellent if filters are clean). I would recommend Shark but if I were going to get another I would go back to the lift away.

So far it works fine and a friend said oh how do you like it mine is great for pet hair pick up never any hair on the roller That’s why I got it

I always buy shark vacuum they perform and last longer than Dyson and not to heavy to maneuver get them with Best Buy extended warranty and you are good to go

I bought this vacuum because I have GSD mix dog and she sheds a lot and the suction on this vacuum is the best I’ve seen so far. I highly recommend this product.

This vacuum sucks! It does a great job! I have two kitties and boy does it really take care of all the fur. 10/10 would recommend!

Love Love Love this vacuum! Great for dog hair. I even get dog hair and dirt when I didnt think there were any. Definitely a great purchase :)

A great vacuum cleaner for folks that do not want to push around a heavy vacuum cleaner. The Shark - Navigator is light weight with an extra long hose to reach hard to clean places that are often out of reach.

Works amazing on carpet and hard floors. It is a bit harder to push on the carpet but i feel that its suction is really good
