Handles well and lightweight enough not to make you exhausted using it. But it’s great at picking up whatever’s on your floor!

A great vacuum at a great price. I've used Shark vacuums for most of my adult life and this one is my favorite.

I like this vacuum my only complaint is that it is a bit light on suction. But on the positive side it is super easy to clean if something gets stuck in it.

We purchased this a few weeks ago because we have several long-haired cats. So far works it works very well on pet hair.

In love with this vacuum honestly lol!! It does an amazing job of picking up stuff off of my floor where my dogs are constantly tracking dirt in. Definitely glad I bought it.

The upper cord wrap is fairly loosE. Other than that it’s been pretty easy to put together and use. With vacuum cleaners you generally have to wait at least a year to see if it survives.

Bought this vacuum after my old dyson bit the dust, works just as good as my old dyson but at a much more reasonable price.

We used to have a Bissel vacuum. When we used our new Shark after using the bissel it picked up even more dust and dirt than the other vacuum did. It works very well! We love it!

I love my Shark. It works so well. Better than every other vacuum I have owned and has lasted longer too.

really picks up all of my dogs hair whether it be on carpet or hardwood. love the settings to be able to change between hardwood and carpet!

Great vacuum! Upgraded from Bissell pet vacuum and this one suctions way more and powerful and the carpet mode doesn’t get many thing tangled and easy to empty!

I simply love this shark navigator. So much lighter than the older models. It thoroughly cleans the carpet.

Strong vacuum. Nimble head allows easy navigation in tight spaces. Options for hard and carpeted floors. Only negative is there are four accessory tools and three pegs?

Works well. It is fairly noisy, but most vacuum cleaners are probably just as load. The width of the vacuum brushroll is a little smaller than the last vacuum that we had.

Wife was very impressed with the power of this vacuum. First time used in the carpet it got a loooooooot of dust and pet hair. Its been great so far. Really happy with it.

Excellent vacuum. Dog hair not longer sticks to the rollers. If I had to gig it for anything, its not having a place to store the third tool.

Great suction and the roller cleans themselves very well. I have two cats and two dogs. This vacuum clears much better than the Bissell I had before.

Really surprised on how great the vacuum worked over my old Hoover. Was a little hesitant spending so much on a vacuum. But with it being on sale was totally worth the price.

Just purchased this. Brought it home and used it and I’m not happy with it it all. Cheap quality compared to the last shark that I had. Even the switch to turn it on is cheap. I wouldn’t have cared about that at all until I realized this self cleaning brush thing is an absolute joke. I’ve never had an issue like this.... I went over a SMALL bite size dog food kibble and it just gets stuck flapping around in the roller. I figured it was a freak thing so I pulled out the kibble and kept vacuuming. First time using it, I had to turn it off and get things unstuck from the brush roller 6 times. My last shark vacuum didn’t have this problem and it’s annoying as can be. The suction is great which is expected from a shark and I’m bummed that after reading those reviews and researching it, that it’s been a total flop for me. Starting to think most of the good reviews are from people who are paid to leave good reviews because there’s no way that someone could give this thing 5 stars. I want to return this thing right now BUT it’s been used and has dog hair in it. So now I’m stuck with this annoying vacuum that feels cheap, has a shorter cord and also tops over every time you try and use the hand tool. Cheap cheap cheap. Don’t buy it unless you wanna be picking little things out of the “self cleaning roller” every 3 minutes.
