This thing has power! It will suck up everything in its path. Well worth the money.

Just purchased this. Brought it home and used it and I’m not happy with it it all. Cheap quality compared to the last shark that I had. Even the switch to turn it on is cheap. I wouldn’t have cared about that at all until I realized this self cleaning brush thing is an absolute joke. I’ve never had an issue like this.... I went over a SMALL bite size dog food kibble and it just gets stuck flapping around in the roller. I figured it was a freak thing so I pulled out the kibble and kept vacuuming. First time using it, I had to turn it off and get things unstuck from the brush roller 6 times. My last shark vacuum didn’t have this problem and it’s annoying as can be. The suction is great which is expected from a shark and I’m bummed that after reading those reviews and researching it, that it’s been a total flop for me. Starting to think most of the good reviews are from people who are paid to leave good reviews because there’s no way that someone could give this thing 5 stars. I want to return this thing right now BUT it’s been used and has dog hair in it. So now I’m stuck with this annoying vacuum that feels cheap, has a shorter cord and also tops over every time you try and use the hand tool. Cheap cheap cheap. Don’t buy it unless you wanna be picking little things out of the “self cleaning roller” every 3 minutes.

This has to be the quietest vacuum I’ve ever owned. It maneuvers easily while cleaning and has great suction power.

Absolutely love this vacuum. I have dogs and a parrot and it works amazingly well on pet hair pickup and parrot food pickup.

I’m loving the vacuum and wonder how other companies are still in business. Everyone should try a Shark. Animal hair doesn’t stand a chance against this thing.

Bought this specifically because every other vacuum tangles with hair. So far, this hasn't. I would recommend this vacuum if you need something that has decent suction, and doesn't tangle!

Great vacuum. Gets a little used to maneuver around corners. Like that hair doesn’t get wrapped around the brushes like other vacuums always do. Will def buy this brand again

This is my first time buying and using a Shark. It is extremely lightweight. It does not roll as easy as a Dyson, but it certainly does the same job.

This vacuum did a heck of a lot better then I thought is was going to. I have 4 pets and it pulls all the hair out of the carpets with ease.

A little background: I vacuum our home every day due to having two dogs and a child with respiratory issues. I was a big Dyson fan until I tried a Shark and have been a convert ever since. I purchased this to replace an older Shark vacuum but immediately noticed this model is made with much cheaper materials. Additionally, for cost saving, they moved the controls to the body instead of keeping them on the handle. They also substantially shortened the cord. The tangle free roller is a positive, however with so many comparative drawbacks I cannot recommend this model. The older models do not have the tangle free roller, but they have longer cords, better controls, LED lighting and are simply built better. I hope this helps in your decision.

Great vacuum for the price. Zero M technology is a wonderful addition to this vacuum. On the down side, thee is only storage for two of the three attachments that come with the cleaner.

I have two labs in the drop a lot of hair on the carpet. It was amazing how much hair this machine got up in just one vacuuming. We love this vacuum cleaner
