I was highly impressed at how much dust, and pet hair it pulled from deep In My carpet. The only down side is the length of the cord.

Light weight and flexible which this old lady appreciates.

Did not think I would every buy a Shark Vacuum however; this model performs very well for my purposes. The price was right again at Best Buy!

We bought this because our teenager with very long hair sheds a LOT. With the old vacuum, we had to give the brush a haircut every time we vacuumed her room. We bought this one, and it works wonderfully well! We were really pleased that the hair does not get wrapped around the bar like on the old one. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, not just those with pets, who have to pick up after someone with long hair!

The suction on this vacuum is excellent. This is the best vacuum I’ve purchased. Great buy, worth ever penny.

Better than most vacuums I have used,though a little pricey but get the job done.

Easy to put together and so far works fantastic! No problem going from hard floor to carpet then to my rug.

I bought this product based on reading numerous reviews. Either these folks have had some pretty shoddy vacs in the past, or they're too easily impressed. I've used and owned a lot of vacuums in my 68 years. This one is the absolute worst!!! Pros: It does work quite well on hardwood floors The swivel head is helpful, but too small Cons: Difficult to maneuver on carpet Cord is too short. I have to add an extension cord to it every time I use it and I have a small house. When you dump the container debris goes everywhere. Not exactly healthy Due to its shape you cannot get underneath furniture with it When you try to use the hose to pick up small items or get into corners, it is absolutely useless because the hose doesn't stretch well All in all... I wish I had bought something else. I had heard such good things about Shark products. Unfortunately, I didn't get to return it during my return window because we had a family emergency I had to deal with. I guess I'm stuck with it now. My old vacuum (A Panasonic) isn't looking so bad right now. I may just have it refurbished...

Love this vacuum. Its really nice. Easy to use and accessories are nice and easy to use.

Very nice vacuum. With all the pet hair it just picks it up with ease. Emptying the vacuum is easy as well.

This vacuum does an excellent job even picking up our dogs' hair. Takes a little getting use to directing it with the swivel head.
