Great value, easy to maneuver, and hair really does not get wrapped around brushes

Got it as a Christmas gift. Finally got to use it last night. Easy to assemble and worked great!

This is a beast for pet hair. We have 6 cats. It foes its job well and isnt too loud.

I love this vacuum. It has great suction, and works as well as one of the more expensive brands.

It’s a great product. Nice suction, pulls aware hair nicely from the brush roll.

Suction is excellent, but the actual vacuum is heavy, cumbersome, and the hose is too short. When you try to use as a handheld the vacuum falls over if you pull the hose a little. Just clumsy. Would be great if you only used it as an upright, and didn't mind the weight.

This vaccum is amazing. End of story. 10/10 very impressive

I love my new Shark so far. I have only used it a few times, but it works great. The one I had before this was also a Shark, and I had it for over 15 years. My niece needed a vacuum, so I cleaned it up, and it still works really good. I needed something with a longer hose, and this one is great! Love my Shark Vacuum’s

Love this vacuum! Been buying Shark vacuums for years. Yes, they do go out after some years of service, but the price for what you get is really good. This particular model is the best I've ever had--relatively quieter than previous models, and super at picking up off of both a hard floor and carpeting/rugs, and does a great job picking up animal hair.

Bye Bye Dyson. This vacuum out performs our previous Dyson b a lot.

Used my old vacuum 1st then used the shark. Still picked up hair and dirt that the old vacuum had left behind.

We've owned the Shark Rotator for many years. We bought the Pet Pro because we have 2 dogs that shed a lot, plus the Rotator started failing and making a loud noise. The only negative that the Rotator had was that the hair would get wrapped around the brush and you have to turn it upside down and cut it out with some scissors. 1) The Pet Pro is very difficult to maneuver even on hard surfaces. 2) The hose is not as flexible and does not rotate. So this leads to the vacuum falling over if you don't pay attention as you use the hose. 3) The power switch has 3 settings, which is good because the brush rotates less on hard surfaces. I'm guessing that's so that the dirt doesn't get thrown around as much. It is kind of difficult to find the right setting because it goes to the highest setting very easily. 4) It also seems heavier than the Rotator, but it could just be that it's difficult to maneuver. 5) Pet Pro has a shorter power cord. We will probably sell it and look for another Rotator.
