A Solid Vaccuum

Unfortunately, this design constantly burned up the rollers every time a piece of hair or string wrapped around it. We gave up on that model, and purchased this one. We are much happier. This is our third Shark. First one we gave to my mother, who is still using it. Great brand, minus the one bad design with the felt roller models.
