Powerful vacuum ever for my 4200 sqft. home which is half carpet and half bare floors . This is high-quality product with light weight, powerful suction and very easy to manage. (my 9 year old use it without any difficulty and does a good job cleaning his room)

Replaced my old shark with this newer model. Love that nothing gets tangled in the roller brush and I don’t have to clean it out! Very light weight and easy to use. You can also adjust the suction for carpet and hard floors. Cleans very well

The Shark Navigator is lightweight and has powerful suction. It is easy to use with a self-cleaning head to get in hard-to-reach places. I transitioned back to corded from cordless and it has been no problem.

If you've owned a Shark before, you'll realize this model is noisier. It feels lighter, but I won't say it feels cheap. It gets work done and seems powerful, and I like it. We have two cats, two young kids, and white carpet. So, it gets used.

Only took off 1 star because it is not set up to get under furniture easily and is tippy when reaching up with the extension tool. This vacuum has great power, easy to empty and clean, light weight, stores in closet well.

Best pet style vacuum we’ve used. Vacuumed room with old Hoover style vacuum then vacuumed same area with this one and it picked up twice the amount of animal hair!

I was hestiant at first making this purchase. I am a penny pincher that was craving a good vaccum. I stepped outside my comfort zone and this shark is my baby!!! I am amazed how well this vavcum works specially dealing with 4 animals! It could use additonal attachments, other than that NO complaints this way!. I have high ceilings the hose/arm reaches just right. The suction power is awesome. There is a little bit of weight to the base, but nothing compared to some vaccums. Its not loud, almost has like a soft purr to it. Lol. 100% satisfied and 100% recommend! Sorry i didnt take any pictures.

the dyson broke for the 3rd time and we were done with that company. got his shark and seems to work great have had it for 6months and wife loves it .

I have dogs. Every vacuum I've used before this one immediately developed a bad odor from the dog dander and hair even though I always empty the canister after every use. Not a problem with this one! I rinse the canister with warm water after every use and it never develops that horrible smell. I also rinse the HEPA filter and air dry overnight about once a month. No bad smells and it is so easy to navigate around or under furniture. Picks up plenty of dirt, hair and crumbs in just one or two passes. And its true, the hair does not get wrapped around the roller brush! It all gets sucked up into the canister. My husband hated that job of cleaning the roller brush/beater bar. Now he doesn't have to do that anymore. It is not as heavy as my Dyson but works just as well, if not better!

this is the best vacuum I've owned. It picks up pug and cat fur better than dyson. It's easy to use for someone with chronic health issues, that has a difficult time vacuuming. It's lightweight and empties easily. Love!!!

I was quite suspicious of the self cleaning brushroll claim. I have had two previous sharks, and spent hours cutting hair off the rollers. Two dogs, 6 cats, and two long haired kids really clogged em up fast. I have been using this daily since I bought it, and I swear, I have not had a SINGLE hair wrapped around the brush yet. The canister is SO much improved over the previous side clip model, and is twice as large. Due to the brush roll, it is about twice as hard to push and pull the non-hairless versions, however, it has a suction bypass to make it easier for those that have trouble. It makes it a little less effective, so I keep it at max suction. The hose seems improved, and not has guides to prevent kinking and cracking at the connection points. The brush still turns at a slow pace on the hardwood setting, which allows not only getting into cracks, but also in combo with the suction setting, allows vacuuming throw rugs without having to stand on it while vacuuming them. Very good idea. Cord length is good, and easy to wrap on the side cord retainers. I would say this unit is a 100% improvement over the previous shark models. Add the optional pet brush for your furniture, which you can adjust the speed of with the suction control on the main unit, and it does a great job pet beds and sofa/chair covers.

Let me preface this by saying this is my first Shark vacuum and for the 6 months prior to this purchase I've been sweeping all hard wood floors with a broom endlessly. This was seriously my favorite purchase of the year. We have a labrador retriever and a rhodesian risgeback. Hair. Every. Where. Pros: Added attachments Smooth glide on hardwood floors Ample suction Long range cord Lightweight (see con below) Cons: Lightweight - will tip over when using the handheld attachments if you aren't careful Length of handheld attachment is a bit on the short side in my opinion I can not speak to the carpet portion as we don't have any but with the way this thing glides on hardwood I have no doubts it is a dream on carpet as well.

I have three (SHEDDING) dogs at home. This vacuum gets it all. Would always stay with Sharks, they have served me well for a long time. Highly recommend.

This replaced My Hoover Windtunnel which was great for 11 years. This one is a little heavier, but not that big a deal. Seems to clean quite well and has plenty of suction. We'll see how long it lasts.

This vacuum sucks. And by sucks, I mean that it actually picks up dirt & doesn’t just redistribute it. If it had a handheld tool with a beater bar to do my stairs more easily, I would give it 5 stars.

Great vacuum! Easy to use, lightweight, good power, picks up a lot, easy to clean, dumping the filled canister is a snap. Works great! Ask my wife.

Bought this model specifically for the pet hair. I don’t have any pets just a boyfriend with crazy long hair and it works just for that!

Powerful suction, picks up pet hair very efficiently. Relatively light considering the power. Way better than other brands in the class, edit at a much lower price. Highly recommend

I've always like Shark brand and this is no exception. Easy to put together. Only thing I couldn't figure out is where to put the extra attachments. Brochure wasn't very specific.

Loveeeee this vacuum! Does great with dog hair & any surface!
