Great vacuum, large dirt tank, cleans great and it really does clean its own rollers. With three pets, it's a must in our house since we were going through a vacuum every other year. Love the Shark name also, not the only product of theirs we have and love.

this is awesome, kind of disgusted with how bad my carpet was. i had to empty it 3 times in my 1000 ft condo. my old vacuum clearly was garbage. i haven’t had the best luck with vacuums i truly hope this time is different!

The suction is amazing and the hand wand that detaches is saving my back! This vacuum does not have the self propel like my last Shark vacuum. But I would rather have the suction over self propel. That is what a vacuum is for.

The best vacuum for hair pets, We have 3 goldens and this is the best for that. We tried a lot of brands and modela but this one took the most amount of pet hair in one use.

Really like this product the only problem was that hair from my dog and others gets caught in the roller and you end up having to cut it off. Otherwise like the way it functions on rugs floors with various heights due to the grout This product does not pick up quite as well

This has been a great addition to our home. Our dog sheds a LOT, and this vacuum picks up the hair so much better than our last model. The brush head also seems to stay clear of hair longer - we used to have to manually pull out hair from the brush every 3-4 weeks.

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever had. I have a huge pet hair problem and this vacuum picks it all up! I can’t believe how full the tank gets after just a little bit of vacuuming. I love that it is bagless and how it turns when you do. I highly recommend!

I got this vacuum for Christmas and I’ve been using it EVERY day (because I have a dog )and is amazing, cleans really good and is not that loud. I have very long hair and it never get tangled in the vacuum

One of the best vacuums I have ever bought! I have three very large hairy dogs in my house so vacuuming daily is a must! This tackles everything with ease and the hair doesn’t get wrapped around the bottom! Cannot recommend it enough!

I love sharks and I decided to upgrade my shark the only thing that’s different on this shark is it’s a lot harder to push on the carpet but it works well so I’ll take the workout for clean carpet

Tried this vacume when i got home and the hairs really does not get stuck. I am impressed, great buy. Really wish they showed where to store the attachments.

My daughter's cleaning lady complained about her vacuum that was in daughters' rental house. She recommended the Shark Navigator and it made a great Christmas gift for my daughter. Both my daughter and the cleaning lady love it!

Great vacuum for a very reasonable price. Positives are works well with cat fur and removable / cleanable filters. Negative is it doesn't have a motorized smaller brush attachment for stairs and furniture. Otherwise good value.

This vacuum is golden!! Picks everything up super quickly and very easily. Hair does not wrap around the broom like on others. I clean it every time after I vacuum anyways just to keep good quality. Does great on hard floors and carpet.

This picks up all the dog fur, and the sand they track in too. We bought another filter to swap out in between uses. We were amazed after using- the dust stays in the vacuum and is not sprayed back into our rooms! Would recommend to anyone!

Good product for the price. Easy to clean out and use. Wish the power cable was a bit longer though. The previous version had a longer cable and I got used to that and now this seems short.

Everything is great about this vacuum except it always tips over and falls over when using the long hose for cleaning high or the stairs. That is super annoying, wish they would have made a better base that balances. Thats the only reason for the 4 star!

Works as advertised! If you don't stretch the hose, it will remain upright. I've seen numerous reviews about it tipping over from being top heavy.

So far I’m loving it. The only downside is it can be heavy for some people, like me. I had a bissell for two years and it broke so i replaced it with this. Since we have a Great Pyrenees who has a lot of hair, this one’s perfect.
