Its okay. We had it for over a year but didn't pick up great

Wife loves it. New design of the extended hose works great for our home, which has plenty of steps, shades, and high horizontal sufaces.

Overall this is a nice vacuum for the price. Powerful suction and it is adjustable. My only complaint is it feels top heavy which makes it feel a little awkward

Honestly, super disappointed with this vacuum in comparison to the previous shark we owned for almost 3 years. The attachments don’t stay in place while attached to the vacuum body, cord is far too low on the vacuum itself and much shorter than previous vacuums we’ve owned. Tile setting “drags” and almost sounds like it’s caught on something. It was on sale and we had rewards so I can’t be mad about cost but I def wouldn’t buy it again.

My vacuum was delivered on April 5th 2023 and in February 2024 it stopped working. It didn’t even last a year. I have been cleaning it and caring for it properly. There is nothing stuck in the vacuum. I have 2 labs and I tend to vacuum 3 times per week.

A good vacuum if you have pets this house is a two dog three cat household and this does the best job picking up all the fur they leave behind also it’s easy to clean after use

this vacuum works really. well we used to buy the cheap $50 ones, but got tired after going through like 6 every years. this one seems to be going to distance.

great value, excellent vacuum cleaner with all the power you'd from a more expensive machine. Perfect for my 2 bedroom apartment, and carpets and wood floors.

Works really well on both hard floors and carpet. The swivel takes a little getting used to, but is great. I wish the chord retracted, though.

This is my third Shark. I love the larger canister on this one, but my previous model “steered” a little easier.

By far the best vacuum I've had. Picks up more than others and holds more as well, so less dumping.

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. I will never get any other brand again. I have 3 dogs and a cat. After I vacuum, you can’t even tell animals live here.

A little louder than my old Shark but much much better. Does really well with fine cat hair and everything else. I would certainly buy it again.

Good suction vacuum cleaner but to heavy. It’s weight makes to difficult to use it.

I have been only buying one brand for years but changed it up and WOW! It's so much easier to maneuver around and picks up stuff you never would have guessed was in your carpet.

There is no light, it is not powered so I struggle a bit with it, and the cord is not very long. Overall I am not super pleased with this one

Picks up fur and dirt really well! Couldn’t believe the difference between our old vacuum and this one.

So far, an excellent, effective and dependable cleaning device for home with pets. I highly recommend the Shark.

So far, so good. Impressive. Of course I have to learn how to use it. One question, they include 3 attachments but only had two spots to hold them on the device.
