Great for wood floors, carpets and area rugs especially if you have a dog. You can actually see the dirt in the canister get sucked up. I’m very pleased.

It doesn’t have the suction power I was hoping for with my dog hair

If I could give this zero stars I would. I’ve had this since July and it’s the worst vacuum I’ve ever owned. I have to pass the vacuum over something 5 times to pick stuff up. I’m extremely disappointed in this vacuum.

The product has been great. We have 2 high shed dogs and this product has been amazing with keeping our house clean.

Great vacuum, well worth the money. The extra large canister is awesome. No more stopping halfway to empty.

It's a $100 vacuum, at best. You are definitely paying for the name. It works just as well as the cheaper popular name brand vacuums that I bought it to replace. It was really easy to assemble, but after only three uses, here's my experience: -- It's not very maneuverable due to being pretty top/front heavy and wants to tip over to the left or right putting quite a bit of pressure on your wrist and shoulder. -- There's not a lever to "recline" the vacuum for normal use - you literally step on the base and push/pull it down. -- It also requires a wipe down after every use - even the first use. I checked every filter and it still blows dust. --Oh, and the feature that sold me - the self cleaning brush roll? Lol. It is definitely not self-cleaning. You'll need to grab the scissors to cut off the wrapped hair, just like every other cheap vacuum.

Great on hard surfaces, my wife manually swept floor and was amazed and disgusted at amount of dirt it collected. GreAt on stairs, longer hose makes it easier,

Love this vacuum! only 1 downfall for me and that is the carpet adjustments. Only has 2 adjustments so is a bit difficult on m throw rugs other than that I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

The only drawback is the unit did not state the filters need to be washed and air dried. My unit stopped picking up then I washed/dried the filter and it is working well again.

Works great with dog hair from two border collies. Is a little clumsy going around furniture. Love the large canister.

This is a decent vacuum cleaner. I have had it for a while so now it has begun showing signs of wear and tear. I had to replace the main roller on the bottom.

I had no idea how much my old vacuum wasn't picking up. This thing is amazing.

I have only bought shark vacuums for a few years now and so far this is the best one yet. I like the long hose so I can reach hard to reach places.
