It's okay could be better

Maybe it's me, maybe it's the vacuum

The features they have are pretty unique and useful. However, this vaccum seems to have a problem with it's suction motors. I tried two units and they both worked really well (compared to the $50 vacuums I've used my entire life) for about 15 minutes, at which point the first unit overheated and the suction motor turned off. I let sit and cool off for the 45 minutes listed in the manual. I tried to turn it and the suction motor still wouldn't turn on. I let it sit for another hour and a half (at which point I had finished vacuuming with my old vacuum) and it turned on, ran for about 5 minutes and then the overheat cutoff activated again. So I exchanged the vacuum thinking it was defective. The second unit did the exact same thing. I was never able to even finish vacuuming one room with this vacuum, which is pretty sad if you ask me. I bit the bullet and exchanged it for a Dyson Ball Animal 2 and have not been disappointed.

Not as good as my old pet shark vaccuum

On carpet it barely pulls off the pet hair... the self cleaning roll never gets clogged so that the feature that I enjoy most about this but it’s really not good for pet hair at all or any none carpet surfaces
