I have been using a cheap bagged vacuum and wasn't sure what to replace it with- I am so glad I chose this vacuum. It was easy to put together and easy to use. The information on the box advises that it deep cleans and has powerful suction, absolutely correct. We have a dog that sheds excessively. No other vacuum has been able to keep up with him, until now! We are amazed at how well this vacuum cleans and the way it moves makes it a pleasure to use. I strongly recommend it to anyone that has pets in their family.

Shark vacuums are the way to go. I have this and the matrix. All my sharks last years before I have to upgrade.

Works good. Always get the warranty cuz you can return it to Best buy and they replace it. No questions asked. They wear out over time. It's a machine it works

Seriously love this vacuum, I had a shark navigator for about 7 years, it finally needed a part so I decided It's time for an upgrade. I purchased this at Best buy and the first one a piece broke after one use, Best buy didnt have any more units in stock so they had a replacement 2 day shipping to my house. It's the best vacuum ever! Super dandy on all pet hair, cat, dog, and bird feathers.

Love the pivot head, easy to maneuver. Sucks up good, so far. With the pet hair usually time is the real test on vacuums for us.. we've had this maybe 3 months.

Best Quality, Perfect Suction & So phenomenal it needs no repeat question should we go with another .... Really? DUH! Never will use anything else again. Hands down best quality and ease of all it's competition and past quality machines one may not be willing to part from; but this guy will have anyone stuck in their traditional ways with their tried and true classic .. until they try this and compare all around. Sure flaws everything a consumer needs has them but it's nothing when mirroring the timeless settings in which you absolutely will never live without again.

I have been using it for the last 10 months and it has been working PERFECTLY on my second floor who is entirely carpeted. I have a lab dog who sheds a lot of fur and this vacuum does the best work!. I had to purchase some filter replacements (on AMazon) because the original where smelly a few weeks ago, but after that it's been working perfectly!. it had never gotten any fur stucked!. and I vacuum at least 1-2 a week my entire second story at home.

Shark is the only vacuum I will ever own with pets in the house! The suction power is unmatched!

I absolutely love this vacuum. My only complaint is not having places to put all the attachments. And that is only because I lose things all the time and I am not always sure where I set the other attachments down at lol .... So not a "complaint" more like operator error. This sweeper gets everything from everywhere I need it to. Strong suction. Easy to clean and maintain. Perfect. The price is fair and you get the perks that come with buying it from Best Buy!

The first time we bought this vacuum we loved it enough to buy it a second time when the first crapped out after four years of heavy pet fur clean up. They changed the way it’s made it feels cheaper and didn’t last anywhere near as long. Also it gets clogged easy and you have to take the bottom apart.
