Amazing product we absolutely love it and would highly recommend it

So went to buy my good ole Dyson and was convinced by a salesman that this was even better, suction and the cutting feature on the roll. I got it home and the auction is no where near Dyson, better than normal vacs but not Dyson worthy. I am not a returner so I will keep it and next time it’s back to Dyson

This vacuum is absolutely terrible it makes a loud noise and stopped picking stuff up after just a few uses. I can believe I spent over $200 for a vacuum that I can't use or return that I just bought 2 weeks ago.

I recently received the Shark Navigator® Self-Cleaning Brushroll Pet Upright Vacuum ZU60. This is 1st Shark vacuum. I’ve always heard good things about them so I thrilled to finally get one. My 1st impression is that it’s easy to put together. I didn’t have to open the manual to figure out how to assemble it. I did, however, have to open the manual to figure out what to do with the attachments. (It didn’t help, as there isn’t storage on the vacuum for all of the included attachments.) Included attachments are a duster crevice tool, upholstery tool, and a dusting brush. It took just a couple minutes to assemble and I was ready to try it out. I have several rugs in the house. The floors are either hardwood, laminate, or tile. As I clean, I go from one surface type to another. This vacuum has a 3-way switch that turns the unit off and into hard floor or Carpet mode. Unfortunately, it’s not located on the handle, where your hands are, but down on the canister. When you switch from hard floor to carpet, the roller slows significantly and you have to stop vacuuming while you toggle the switch to carpet mode. Once in carpet mode, the roller picks up speed and works well on the carpet, but does increase the sound level of the vacuum. Having to reach down to the canister to change surfaces is an inconvenience, but it functions well when you make the switch over. There is a control on the handle to adjust the amount of suction for the vacuum. The vacuum is easy to empty and has “Zero-M” technology, to automatically clean the brush roller as it is used, preventing hair buildup. The handle easily removes from the canister with the hose already attached, to use the various attachments. It has lots of power and does a great job cleaning. I highly recommend it.
