Started to fail within a year

The mechanism in this one that turns on the brush rollers started acting up within less than a year and typical use. Replaced with a different model under protection plan and hoping for better results

Shark Navigator-pretty disapointed

My current Dyson has been put through the ringer, and my wife uses it almost everyday. We thought it was pretty used up. So I thought I would buy a new vacuum ,and thought I would try something new and a lot less expensive . So i went with the Shark. We new the first 5 minutes the vacuum did not work near as well as the our Dyson.. The old you get what you pay for is spot on in this case. After using the vacuum for about 15 mins and saw the job it was doing, we packaged it up, and back to the store with it. Needless to say we went back to our heavily used dyson ,and still use it almost daily. Spend the extra money and get a dyson!!
