Great vacuum for great price

Good for a year, doesn't last long

I have maintained it well, especially with the way my dogs dirty up my carpeting. It worked really well the first year, with fading suction and performance in the last six months & it has now gone to the vacuum graveyard. Next vacuum I purchase, I will be adding Best Buy's 5-year protection to since Shark's warranty barely covers anything.

Not so user friendly on thicker carpet. Does not have any pulling action so it takes a lot of pushing to use on thicker rugs. I was a little disappointed that the tube to the handheld does not stretch (like it shows in the video) without knocking over the vacuum unit. Suction is great and it is fairly light weight. Works very well on picking up small particles such as kitty litter.

An ok vacuum

It jumps across the floor when you pull it backwards which makes it difficult to vacuum. It doesn't have as many attachments as my previous Shark. It doesn't have quite the sucking power to pick up cat hair etc.
