Worse Vacuum I’ve ever had. I’m 61 years old and I can’t push it. They told me it was self-propelled but it’s not. I like sharks but I’m going to have to go back to buying a Dyson

For anybody that owns a German Shepherd, you know that they shed A LOT of hair. I have spent lots of time cutting hair out of the rollers on various other vacuums. Well, I put the Shark - Navigator Pet Pro ZU62 Bagless Pet Upright Vacuum up to the test as soon as I received it, and I must say that this thing performed flawlessly. It has great suction power, and I immediately noticed that it picked up more dust than my old vacuum cleaner. What I like most about the Shark - Navigator Pet Pro vacuum is that it has a large capacity cup, which is important since our dog spends a lot of time inside of our house. The long reach handle and hose are also a BOG plus for getting into those small crevices. There is a suction control adjustment right on the handle, as opposed to other vacuums in the market. The switch from carpet to hard floor is integrated with the on switch, so no need to reach all the way down to turn a knob anymore. There is a clear roller cover to make sure that nothing is caught on the roller (no dog hair on mine whatsoever). The only downside to the Shark - Navigator Pet Pro Vacuum are the looks. This vacuum will definitely not win any awards for aesthetics, but functionality is a completely different story. I would highly recommend the Shark - Navigator Pet Pro Vacuum to any pet owner.

Supposed to be a pet vacuum but doesn’t have light to see hair. Also, you can’t reach under furniture with it because the canister is too big

Did not appreciate the design. Everytime I tried to use the hose and attachment it slammed to the ground. Ended up returning it and getting the lift away model instead.

Broke in a month. Great prototype hopefully the next model doesn’t just shut off over and over despite regular filter cleaning

Marginal suction and shuts itself off after about 3 minutes of operation. Very disappointed. Worked great for a week or so. Now, essentially not at all.

I have a German Shepherd, so keeping up with the hair is very difficult. With my old Bissel upright bagless; if I let the hair get out of control, I'd only be able to vaccum for literally a few seconds before needing to stop to empty the dust cup. Not only does this vacuum seem to be better at picking up hair and dust (and capturing it!), it has a much larger dust cup and doesn't choke up and get clogged up when the dust cup is full of hair. It is also quieter than my old Bissel. After vacuuming my whole apartment, there was no hair, string, or fibers wrapped around the brush roller. My only complaint is that this vacuum requires more effort from your wrist to move around than what I'd expect. If you have a thick carpet, I'd expect this to be even worse. I would definitely keep this in mind if you have any issues with your wrist. My biggest regret is that it doesn't come with a powered brush tool to pickup pet hair from upholstery, which seems like a big omission for a vacuum geared for homes with pets.

Not worth the money. Top heavy and very small vacuum head tips over very easily. Actually replaced the Bissel pet

Worked amazing for 2 years then the suction power got less and lessen. We have several pets & it worked wonderfully for a while, but after 2 years the suction power decreased (no obstructions) dramatically, so it became useless at that point.

We really like this vacuum cleaner it is powerful and can hold a lot. Assembly was very easy and we had her fired up in no time. The wife wishes this vacuum was cordless, but she appreciates how powerful it is. She is also very happy about the large hepa and micro filters. This vacuum advertises a new design for the roller that prevents hair from wrapping around and clogging it. This design has worked flawlessly so far and my wife couldn’t be happier as it is her #1 complaint about vacuums. She has long hair and we have a few pets and the roller along with the oversized canister means she isn’t dumping it out multiple times when vacuuming the house. The extensions are a nice feature, but we don’t use it very often. We highly recommend this vacuum cleaner for the hairy household!

Junk bought in January it’s July now it’s not working

Overheats and doesn’t work. Nope impressed with the performance of the vacuum.

Outperformed Dyson. This Navigator lasted me 5 years. I bought into the hype and purchased a Dyson during this time and it lost suction after a year. I’m buying another Shark Navigator!

I had this for less than a year and it stopped working on me. I do not recommend it.

Bad , didn’t suck anything up at all. Returned it right away.

Haven’t ever used a vacuum so powerful and easy to use. Great feature where the top of the vacuum rotates around the base which helps cleaning hard to reach angles. Picks up dog hair!

The vacuum is very user friendly, easy to maneuver and has great suction.

It wasn't working properly. It was very difficult to use.
