Vacuum is okay the only problem is a little bit small

Disappointed in the product. I've owned a shark before. I should have paid attention to the reviews. its cumbersome to handle and heavy. if pulled while vacuuming has tendency to fall to the side easily inspite of how heavy it is, It does have good suction power but there are better vacuums out there that make the chore of vacuuming easier.

We have previously bought this vaccuum beforeany years ago and loved it. Loved it so much that we have bought a second one. Great vaccuum and picks up dust very well.

Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase of this vacuum. The canister is larger than other vacuums and is easy to empty. Works great on my carpet and hardwood floors. Very happy with this Shark.

I have a housekeeping business and I've used many vacuums and I find Shark brand to be the best overall value. My only critique is, there's no designated space on this model to put the apolestery attachment on which I find odd, otherwise I would've given a 5 star rating.

I was shocked buying a vacuum that I knew probably would only last a year I've had it over 2 years I replace the filters every 6 months it works fantastic and super easy to clean

We ordered another brand but returned and bought this. It works for both the 6ft+ and the 5ft people in our house. Cleans well and is very sturdy.

This vacuum was my gateway product into the world of higher prices vacuums!. I could immediately smell and see the difference in the amount of dirt and dust it was getting versus cheep products.

I had bissel vacuum cleaner before this and was happy with that unti it broke . Shark navigator is a little on a heavier side but it's easy to maneuver. Cons: u need to clean the bottom area where the bristles are everyday if anything like hair or peice or thread gets stuck otherwise it starts to throw the dust out instead of cleaning. Dust collection bin is difficult to clean.

Love it so far. I have a long hair cat and its been keeping up well.

This vacuum was a replacement to the bissell one which broke, and we are more than glad that it broke! Although the vacuum is a tad bit too heavy for my liking, it works great.

This Shark Navigator Deluxe vacuum is definitely best vacuum I have ever had. Best Buy had best price. I was lucky to catch it on sale exactly when my old vacuum quit.

Gets the job done. Very happy with the results. Worth every penny I spent on it. I recommend that you purchase this item, for you will be satisfied with this product too.

Been jsjng it for a year and it works just as expected, nothing else nothing more.

Pro: Very strong vacuum and motor noise is well controlled. Easy to maintain. Con: Handle is not retractable. No place for wide upholstery tool on the vacuum.

Bought this one for a Second Home and Have Not Been Disappointed! I feel that Shark Products give the consumer Allot More Value for the money than the Dyson Products!

The vacuum has ok suction and a good swivel function as well as useful attachments. I also like the size of the bagless container. However, it has a major design flaw; it has a short connection hose that's supposed to click into a plastic opening toward the bottom of the vacuum but that falls out when the machine is switched on. This happened with both the first one that I returned and the replacement that was delivered to me. I kept the vacuum and taped the parts together in the end because it was too much of a hassle to return it again.

This is by far the best vacuum we have ever purchased. Was so tired of buying a new vacuum every year. This one is still as good as day one

Great price for value. It is heavier than i thought though. Makes it hard to maneuver around furniture sometimes.

Unit is great!! We love how large the container is and how much fine dust it picks up from our carpet. Great unit if you have pets.
