Well not sure if I will get another one, it's my 2nd sharp and I always forget it doesn't pick up well on thicker carpet.

This vacuum seems to be lacking the sucking power it said it had. Has trouble getting fur out of carpet.

Decent vacuum. I wold save your money and just buy a Dyson V7 instead though. Dealing with cords is so 1987!

Its lightweight,Easy to use,and Great for Pet Hair!

I bought this vacuum at the recommendation of the salesman. After buying it, I had to leave town on a family emergency and wasn't able to open and use it for 2 months. I was so excited to finally be able to unpack it and use it. It didn't perform as was expected. I had washed a tissue and there were tissue pieces all over the carpet afterwards. This vacuum wouldn't even pick them up - it just shredded it worse and spread it. It wouldn't work on a bare floor either. Unfortunately, it was after the return time and I have not been able to return it.

The hose works but the actual vacuum barely sucks anything up.

I like shark products, but this sucks! After using it for three months the motor ran hit and the suction stop at together.

It is heavy and hard to push even when the rolling brush is activated. Would not recommend.

The vacuum went out after 2 weeks. Very disappointed since I had my last Shark for 3.5 years.

Sucks up dirt and lint off of throw rugs and hardwood flooring. I was impressed because its not very wide and is easy to maneuver thru the narrow passageways in my apartment. Although its not very lightweight, using it is not really a challenge. Also, not as big and bulky as those other upright vacuum cleaners. Great buy!

Very disappointed, I don't recommend to buy it, if you have carpet! It will no pick anything.

This is a solid vacuum for the money. Easy to put together and use

I was so hopeful when I bought this around Christmas. My lift away Shark the hose had torn apart so it was time for a new one. It was a difficult decision between the lift away and this one but the price more or less swayed me to buy the much cheaper one, the upright. The upright is a decent vacuum I'm just not happy with it overall. For starters it doesn't pick up like my lift away, I have to make several passes to pick things up off the carpet. The plug in cord is much shorter than on the lift away and I have to unplug it & move it to reach what I would normally be able to reach without doing so. My main two gripes are the hose and the air nozzle where you change the suction amount. The latter, I'm constantly opening it when I use the hose because that's where I hold the nozzle and you can't help but it constantly sliding open. Now to the hose itself, I sweep under & on the furniture daily and you can't stretch the hose at all without the whole vacuum falling over, I've had it landing on my head hard too many times to count in just the few months I've owned the vacuum leaving me with huge knots on my head not to mention bad headaches. You have to have the vacuum against something in order for it to not fall over. It may be or seem like a longer hose but you can't stretch it out at all and it does NOT reach far when you do. The picture of the woman vacuuming clear up the stairs, that's VERY misleading! We have stairs and I didn't get to the 3rd or 4th step without the whole vacuum lifting off the floor AFTER it fell over. So unless you're only vacuuming like normal it's ok if you have the time to keep going over something to get it to pick up, but to use the hose, this is not the product for that! I wish I'd followed my gut and went with the lift away even tho' it cost a lot more. I'll know better next time, now I'm stuck with a vacuum I cuss at on a daily basis for falling on my head!!!

I got this to replace an old 12 year shark it was the purple ones the beater brush pieces that hold the brush in are plastic and one side wore out shark does not offer replacement part for it so I got this vacuum.... It is nothing spectacular it performs like my old one not breath taking but it does the job the cord is longer on this one than my old one so that is nice but it does not come with a crevice tool and I use it a lot but the one from my old one works with this on just no place to store it on the vac so have to chase around looking for it when I need it.. I got this on sale so for the money it is a decent vac

I have used this prodcut twice and it is great. No issues so far and the vaccum power is amazing
