Works very well, it picks up everything, so it is very important to empty often and clean filters as recommended.

This is our 2nd shark in 9 years and I can't say enough about them. We have 2 dogs, one of which is a very heavy shedder and this vacuum handles it so well. Highly recommend to anyone, especially homes with shedders.

Needed a new vacuum and it seems that Shark vacuums seem to get the best user reviews so I purchased this model. Overall I really like it as it is not too large and cleans carpet very well. The long hose is easy for hard to reach areas such as on walls or corner of ceilings. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This vacuum is lightweight And has good suction. I would recommended for carpet or bare floors.

Powerful suction, huge canister and works flawlessly. I might take away 1/2 a star for the narrow brush, but that's not a big deal for us, and we didn't want to spend extra money for the wider model. We have cats, dogs and kids, so our vacuum gets used a ton. This has worked really well for us and we'd buy it again.

Great product, just wish the cord was a little longer

I've had this over a month & couldn't be happier with its performance. The suction on this vacuum is unbelievable. Pluses are the long hose makes it easier for hard to get spots; the head is only 9 inches but it gets in between & maneuvers better than the larger models & the swivel motor head. No minuses.

This is absolutely the BEST vacuum I have ever used, including the Dyson I paid 4X as much money for. Machine is very well.built; sturdy, like a good man. Picks up everything from pet hair to dust bunnies. Lightweight, versatile, and clean up is a breeze. Highly recommend !!

Shark products are the best! This one is a lighter, second Shark I purchased to have for the upstair rooms. It works just as great as the heavier model I use downstairs. Love the heap filtration and it Cleans better than any other brands I’ve ever had!

Great little vacuum for the price. Lightweight, easy to carry up and down the stairs. Picks up well and has all the features I need. If you want to vacuum wood floors though, you will need a different vacuum. Didn’t bother me, as we mop our wood floors.

Purchased this vacuum to use mainly on the stairs due to it's lightweight. This thing worked better than the more expensive vacuums we have and now use it for all the vacuuming and it showed us just how much was being left in the carpets by the more expensive vacuums.

Bought this to vacuum a medium pile carpet in our partially finished basement. Does the trick nicely. Sometimes it seems like it has too much suction, but there is a valve to let up the intensity and I think that’s a good feature. Hepa filter is nice for air quality, and the tank is pretty easy to empty.

So far I love the Shark vacuum. I mainly use it on laminate flooring to clear pet hair. It is very powerful and will suck up a rug given the chance. It does have an adjustable suction button, but it will still suck up the rug if something isn't holding it down.
