I believe that the vacuum and self emptying station are working well. I do like that the emptying station is a canister and not bags. If you have pets the canister will fill much sooner than advertised. And the vacuum does a good job of cleaning both hard surfaces and carpet. I like the ability to do different cleaning levels. It does not do the best job around edges and seems to give more clearance than my older vacuum. The software needs improvement. The navigation of the vacuum is poor. And bumps from room threshold seems to cause the vacuum issues at times for doing its cleaning passes. The vacuum will not always choose the clear direct path to rooms. Due to the camera placement the vacuum has to do full turns to scan the room. The app works, but is pretty basic. The lack of scheduling by room is annoying.

We love this vacuum. It does precisely what the manufacturer said it would. It's bright and does exactly what you program it to do. It is easy to set up and does an outstanding job keeping our floors cleaned. This was money well spent.

Best robot vacuum I’ve ever owned. Doesn’t get stuck, no issues so far. I did call custom service with a question and got through immediately and was super helpful. I have 2 dogs that shed a lot and this keeps my floors clean. I got it on sale, but I would be willing to pay full price based on it’s performance so far.

This is by far the best Robo Vacuum we have ebmver owned. We have pets, hardwood floors, and carpet, and irlt does a amazing job. Its mapped out the house vacuums in straight rows side by side and then goes the horizontal direction , then around the perimeters in each room if something is in the was it detects it and goes around it without plowing into it until it gets around it it stores a tremendous amount of hair and dirt in the storage unit wmit hasnt plugged up on the unit or in the storage box, its programed and we use it with our phone app. Set a scheduale or tell it where and when to vacuum. Its a perfect example of what a Robo Vac should be and do finally.... exspecially for the price. We have had ones that were more expensive but did a whole lot less with more headaches. I would recomend this Robo vac to anyone

I have two of these, they're great, I don't notice them getting stuck or lost. I don't have pets, so I don't know about it avoiding droppings, but it gets lots of dirt up. I also haven't tried the voice commands or assistant integration. The scheduling is on a weekly basis, so if you want something less often, you can't. You can schedule it more often, though.

We upgraded from a Roomba i7+ to the shark detect pro, the roomba was always getting stuck confused and was very fussy in the app it always had an error code, so we bought the shark detect pro and couldn’t have made a better decision! We had our roomba scheduled to run every day in the main parts of our home because we have a yellow lab that sheds alot. When setting up the sheduling on the shark its lacking alot, the main feature is you cant schedule by rooms so it cleans the whole home when schdeuled to run, and the second is you can only schedule one run a day. Other than those two inconveniences which could be easily fixed with some software adjustments from shark, this vacuum is way better than the roomba ever thought about being and would easily be 5 stars if the scheduling adjustements were resolved.

It mapped very well. It is very quiet and cleans well. It made my sweeping job much easier.

Best vac we have tried.We tried other makes and models that were alot more expensive and this detect model did the trick so far.The mapping was so nice and didnt take all day.The suction is good and its still learning the house.

We initially purchased a robot vacuum from Shark's top competitor. It kept getting stuck under furniture and lost in the middle of the room. We switched to Shark and have been delighted by its performance. We love the "never-stuck" feature, its mapping performance, and its self-emptying feature. We are so happy with this unit that we bought a second one for our upstairs level.

I can't say enough good things about this one. Best cleaning tool I've bought, ever! I have birds and boy do they make a mess! It has always been, sweep up the mess. Get the mop out for poops and tossed berry stains etc. Do it again and again and again for eternity. Now I just grab my shark and it's done. It gets used multiple times a day and it's so easy. As for the cleaning liquid, I just use the swiffer brand. Make a hole in the top and pour it in. Works just fine, and I know that it's safe for my birds since I have used it for over 20 years around them without any problems. I use the reusable mops (Don't want to add to landfills since I use it so much, although it Is a lot of work to clean them every time they get used.) but I would be even happier if someone would come up with a biodegradable one time use mop. I could also wish for a sturdier vacuum compartment in the reusable mops. I hate having to throw that plastic away. The one brand I tried that had this did not work at all. All that is besides the point. Love this vacuum/mop and will use it until it breaks and then get a new one. Please Shark, don't discontinue this item!

It cleans well. The only downside is it wouldn't go under my sofa in the living room. I purchased this specifically to get under furniture.

So far it's been working great except that I can't hook it up to my wifi. That said, it's able to find it's way around my house and does a great job anyway, so it's not a big concern.

I am super pleased with this robot vacuum. I bought it because im disabled and have kids, my house needs to be vacuumed quite often but I just don't have the energy! This thing does the job very nicely. I needed a robot vac that could get over the large transition strip down the middle of my home and it does go over it with ease! I will say its a bit louder than i expected but worth it for the convenience and not louder than a regular vacuum.

LOVE this vacuum. It has saved my sanity. I literally swiffer 99% less. I use to swiffer twice a day, now i come home to a vacuumed house. Now it's not perfect, but it picks up MAJORITY of the dog hair. I have 4, very hairy, 60 lb plus LABRADORS that shed year round!!!! This has been a lifesaver, best money ever spent.

So for this shark robot has turned out to be very good. It was a little picky on what wall it needed the base station at. We have two dogs, and it easily keeps up with them. I used to use an iRobot, but after using the shark, I will not go back to them. To me, the iRobot is way behind the times on technology.. My iRobot used to get stuck in many locations. With the shark never gets stuck technology. I have not had one problem yet..

So far seems to be working great. Cleans well, and hasn’t gotten stuck anywhere. Not too loud either while cleaning. Overall I’m satisfied!

The robot is robust and does a good job at cleaning. The app is bare bones. Wich can and SHOULD have more features compared to other brands especially at this price point and the technology used. Overall I’m happy with this robot vaccum and its overall performace, with two dogs constantly shedding it helps keep the house clean. Just wish Shark will invest more in their app, its extremely basic and stripped down. With that said its still fully functional and supports the most basic expectations (remote start, and cleaning schedule)

No robot vacuum is perfect but this one is much better than my old Neato, which went out of business. This one climbs with ease a thick area rug, does not get stuck & is a lot more quiet than my old robot. I have only had it a couple of months but I’m happy with it so far.
