Extremely pleased with how well this keeps my floors clean. Have it scheduled to run every day. A real time saver.

As a gift for Christmas, it is wonderful. We noticed the difference within a week. We have pets and this definitely picked up the fur left behind. Just prep the floor by moving chairs, stools, close areas off limits (stairs- it’ll fall down) and no wet floors to start its map. Then, it’ll daily vacuum. Remember to dump debris bin daily and clean/replace the filters. It was cumbersome to get the filter refill since it is not sold in Best Buy. Shark does but not all the time and was referred to get from other sources. All in all, I like having it.

I have had the vacuum for a month. Very happy with it. Had a different robot vacuum and was very frustrated with it. The Shark unit is good with dog hair (I have 3 dogs). Handles getting over the edge of carpets and has only gotten stuck once. It work well with no lights on. Not a down side for me, but I have to empty the bin every week (not the 30 days). Remember I have 3 so lots of hair. I would buy again.

The shark is a very good machine. It mapped out my home and doesn’t go down the stairs. I am very pleased with the performance of this vacuum. I am thinking of getting another one.

Love, love, love! My 1st robot vacuum, advanced object detect sold me on it. No marks on baseboards or furniture. Easy to clean filters, app tells you if hair of fibers are blocking roller efficiency & easy instructions how to quickly fix it.

I have owned 2 other knock off ones and this one is the real deal! I does a grear job picking up dog hair (i have 2 german sheppards) i run it almost everyday. Ihave back issues do to find a vaccuum like this has saved me. Definitely recommend it to amyone with pets or back issues.

With 3 dogs in the house, our shark makes short work of the house and does a great job. Only complaint is that I should of bought it years ago.

This is my first robot vacuum but I will never be without one again. This device surpassed every expectation. I could not k eep up. Now my floors have never looked this good. That gives time to declutter, dust and enjoy my home. Everyone should own at least one.

It is so much better than my first generation shark vac+base. It now doesnt bump into things, cleans better and faster, and it rarely ever gets stuck. The matrix clean function really does a great job.

This shark robot vacuum is the best one I’ve ever had. It’s better than my two previous iRobot vacuums combined. Minimal noise and no getting stuck.

One of the best vacluums we have purchased. Have had Rumba's in the past and have had issue with them staying connected and took some time to map the house. The shark mapped the house in a fraction of the time and it lets you know when it is full and going to clean itself out. The bagless compartment is a brease to empty. Overall I love this vacuum.

THIS IS A GAME CHANGER. we have 3 German shepherds and it felt impossible to keep the hair away. (especially during shedding season) this vacuum helped SO MUCH. we will definitely be buying another 1 or 2 in the future!

Strong suction, maneuvers well. Self programming. I don't have to worry about a thing. My best purchase for 2025.

I love it, just throws a lot of erros. Luvkily you can google all of them. Also gets tangled easily with hair. Just have to make more of an effort to clean it after each use to amke sure the wheels stay free.
