Excellent suction, light weight, the dual beater brushes are wonderful on carpets, the long cord is a very convenient feature. If it was a little more convenient to detach the beater brush and attach the accessories it would be ideal.

Awesome suction! Because of this it will suck up throw rugs. The only problem I had was the cord came out of the outlet once and I had to be careful not to stretch the cord so this wouldn’t occur anymore. Also, when I looked underneath the vacuum, there was dog hair stuck in the comb that I had to pull out (which was easy enough to do), but no hair wrapped around the rollers. Love that it is lightweight, stands on its own, automatically adjusts for different types of floors, extra long cord, great edge pickup and takes up very little space to store. Overall, I definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this vacuum! Works with my hardwood floors and carpet. It is amazing the way it can detect and adjust between hard flooring and rug. I was so tired of my cordless vacuum loosing its charge before I finished with a room. I never have to worry about this with the shark. The cord is long and easy to manage. It’s very satisfying to empty the dust bin and see how much cat hair and dirt it can pick up. This is a strong vacuum, it even made the cat tree look like new.

I was looking for a lightweight vaccuum cleaner that was accessible to getting under furniture & battery free. Very happy with Shark's corded cleaner. Very good suction and weighs only 9 lbs. Highly recommend.

This Stick Vacuum is great. It's light weight and is very efficient at removing dirt, dust and pet hair. Glad I bought it. The price was good, too.

I got this for my wife after she had tried a friend's vacuum, and she loves it. I have to agree. It's a very good vacuum, and it picks up everything easily. Parts are readily available and it's easy to clean as well. 10/10 score.

It is very powerful. Cleans very well. It picks up every crumb from the carpet and normal floor.

The vacuum really sucks...lol...I had a Dyson for years but it got old and didn't quite work they way it used to. This has work amazingly well. Mostly a tile house now and it works so well moving around stuff and in the corners. The front roller gets a little clogged with dog hair but it is easy to clean. My wife and daughters hair does not get stuck which is a HUGE improvement from my Dyson. Not a lot of attachments which is the only downside for us but not enough to knock a star off. Well worth it, especially if you get on sale.

Finally a light weight sweeper that can handle all the dog hair! I've had several battery sweepers. This corded sweeper has much more power.

I love this vacuum! It is very light and extremely powerful! Plus, it's got a hair detangler on it. Hair used to get tangled on the roller of my old vacuum. Not on this one!

Lives up to all claims in previous reviews. Very satisfied with the suction, cleaning of hardwood floors, and easy to maneuver around furniture. This was a great buy.

Absolutely love this new vacuum! Its lightweight, easy to maneuver and really holds its own up against my 4 dogs and their crazy shedding.

The powerful Shark - Powerdetect Ultra-Light Corded vacuum is very powerful. However, the vacuum has a limited capacity to hold dirt and must be emptied frequently. Otherwise, it is a great vacuum

So far, so good, but I've only been using it for 3 weeks. Great suction; seems stronger than Dyson animal 10, which died after 3 years. Easy to empty, cannister needs emptying after 3 rooms vacuumed.

Excellent vacuum especially for stairs and carpet. Very compact and lightweight. The cord is little hard and stuff and hard to wrap around.

Have had good luck with Shark products in past. This seems pretty good so far but as noted its not great for lighter rugs, will tend to pull rug up/jam. Good powerful suction and easy to detach to use tools. Great for bare floors though and generally quite good for most rugs. Other noted the cord is quite stiff which I would certainly agree with.

First of all im a carpet cleaner This Vacuum is very powerfull and has a strong suction, it automatically detect when you are vacuuming hard floor or carpet and adjust the suction, the brush , i really like it , i gave it 4 stars because of the location of the power cable , i dont understand why the designer made it exit from the top of the handle instead of the bottom , it make it very unconfortable to use it , i feel like over time the power cable bend and break , otherwise its a really good vacuum ,
