    Works great. Hears up quickly. The cord is not retractable, though. So you must wait for iron to cool before wrapping cord around to conserve space

    So far this Iron has been great , heats up fast. Steam works fine as well. If you are not looking for very high range product, this solves the purpose perfectly.

    This is our second Shark Iron. It gets used a ton, as did the previous model we had. Works well, gets plenty hot and has good steam. Controls are different from the previous model we owned, but they are simple to use. No complaints...we are sold on the Shark product.
