Darn. We had high hopes. Spits and Clunks.

However, we do like to be able to iron linen shirts and put creases in trousers. This iron filled well, looks great, good weight, great price, and had a great burst of steam. BUT..... when we stand it on the heel, it makes a horrible CLUNK noise ... very disconcerting. We gave it about five minutes of "clearing" time, and even did the self clean (we just bought it!). Didn't help. And, when ironing with the water level about ¾" below MAX, SPIT all over the linen shirt ... ironed ironed CLUNK then SPIT ..... so back it goes. Life's too short to 1)iron unless absolutely necessary, and 2)stress about it. ( I also used a $10 Best buy certificate so hope I get that back as well).

Spews water

Pros: great steam (manual & low/high/off settings) and works great on all materials. Cons: it spews water through a vent hole on the fill cap. Not sure why it is there, but still spews out even when closed and not filled completely.

Best Iron I've ever had!

The steam action on this iron is wonderful and I love the stainless steel bottom.

Worst iron ever bought. Poor performace

Worst performance, poor quality , and worst customer service. Instead of satisfying my complaint they tried to make money from me. Worst, worst product and customer service.
