    THE BEST, EVER just keep looking for places to vacuum. I am very senior lady tired of pushing around heavy old but great (other make) Vac. Opened this up - plugged it in -OMGosh so wonderful,light as a feather - suction "like where did my cat go?" joke. seriously this is just so great. Gave old one to Grandson and Wife.Election morning but have to vacuum, feel so good when I don't have to ask any one else to lug the old one anymore. Also glides from one room to another and the swivel direction thing makes the job a pleasure. Thank you BBuy, always feel confident buying refurbished, come on this is BRAND NEW, NOT A MARK OR SCRATCH ON IT, and price splendid for this old lady. Word of advice Buy from Best Buy because they do have the BEST BUYS. RMS

    Very satisfied with purchase. Its light weight, maneuvers well and gets in the corners. The brand of vacuums are the best and would recommend to everyone.

    This vacuum cleaner was a real bargain. Cleans rugs very well. I bought an insurance policy for the appliance as well. I hope I won't need it

    Item Arrived broken .no options for a replacement of the same item, I was told by support to take it to a BestBuy to get it refunded the nearest best buy is 4 hours away.

    Putchased refurbished more than 6 years ago. Never a single problem! New filters are available.Only change I would make is a longer hose which is available on newer models.
