I purchased this for my mom. She absolutely loves it. She has a irobot and a bobsweep. She said they don't even come close to this shark model. Amazing cleaning. She loves that it leaves straight lines in her carpet. Her words this thing is amazing.

I bought this vac/mop on a great deal. Had this vacuum for a little over a month, people say it's too loud... It's a vacuum. So far I have no complaints about it. When it says roller it stuck, it's usually something easy. I love it

It'really good at cleaning and going over the rug amd around objects but the mapping is difficult and has to do it several times and move things. It just doesn't work well.

Very Good vaccum and mop. Follows its own map everyday

The sweeping is very good. Mop is decent. On try stains/liquid, you’ll have to go over it. The mapping is quick and easy. Took about 30 minutes for a 1500sqt area.

Overall does great. Battery life could be a bit better and can be a bit noisy but definitely an upgrade from our older unit. App could also be better.

The vacuum does a good job as cleaning the floors. We have continually had issues with the vacuum not being able to return to the dock and leaking water around the dock. Even after repositioned the dock to couple times. It has gotten stuck only a couple of times due to carpets. The app can be slow to communicate at times. Also the app could be more user friendly, such as being able to schedule more than 2 cleans a day, adding vacuum and mop feature for selected rooms, not able to cancel or make changes to cleaning when vacuum returns and is charging from a cleaning, for spot cleaning not able to change the area size to be cleaned. When the vacuum returns to the dock from cleaning it has to be fully charged before finishing the clean cycle, this can take a few hours and should finish cleaning when even of the battery has been charged. Overall, it is a good vacuum.

If you can find it on sale for $399 it's worth it. It does an ok job mopping but a better job vacuuming than my last shark

I have had this product for about two weeks, and I really like what I see. With three cats in the house , the floors look clean and I don’t have to empty it every day. Perfect!

Love that it mops and vacuums at the same time! It does get stuck from time to time but it manages to find a way around it.

I love this product so much that I bought another one for my recreation room which is on another floor. Just tell it to clean and she takes off! I recommend this product for those that want a break from vacuuming and mopping floors

Great cleaning and easy to use! I was worried it would not be a better thing to do though rug floors we have and it works around the rugs

What a great purchase! This vacuum has great suction! It is not as loud as you would expect. It empties itself and refills the mopping water.

I’ve named her Cinderella, Does a great job! Does t get stuck, finds her way home, and the mopping is so nice, my floors feel so clean in bare feet!

Easy to set up. Vacuums well and fits under sofa and chairs. Mopping quality is about that of a swiffer wet jet. I've really enjoyed it.

I’m giving 4 stars because it’s a Christmas gift, but I bought it because of all the features and I think the recipient will love it. I have a Shark mop vac that’s an older model without all the extras and I love it, thus the reason I bought this one. I’ve had Roomba’s in the past and they aren’t nearly as efficient as Shark. Definitely recommend Shark!

Great product doesn't hit into the walls too much and does a great job cleaning

I have had my Shark Robot vacuum for about a month now and it has been a huge help in keeping our floors clean. We have a dog that sheds a lot, which means lots of vacuuming needing to be done. The shark does a pretty good job of getting all of the dog hair ofd the floor and out of the corners. While the mop solution does not last 30 days (unless you are only mopping once a week I suppose it might) but seems to get about 4 or 5 mopping sessions out of it. My only complaint so far is the app does not have a multi map feature. Meaning, if you have a two or three level home, it will only let you map one floor at a time. Kind of annoying, but at least Shark sells the docking station on their website, so I plan to get a second one for upstairs. Moving the base and vacuum up and down the stairs constantly is kind of a pain. Overall, I like it, and it has helped keep my floors clean.

I am very impressed with the ease of connecting and programming this unit. And it does a great job both vacuuming and mopping.
