I am a med student, constantly away from home or busy studying. Its very hard for me to keep up with my own place so this robot was a life saver, it took two things off my otherwise overflowing plate.

Vacuum has been great!! It has stuck to the schedule we programmed and taken a big load off of us as far as floor cleaning. The cat doesnt like it, but the wife does!!

Amazing purchase the best robot vacuum ever. Efficient and the quality it's perfect

It started out fine and after a couple of uses this thing tweaks out, lifts itself like it's going over carpet and just goes around in a tiny circle. It's not able to find the home base anymore either. It just gets stuck and I have to physically put it on the base. I will lower/raise star level depending on what support does.

Upgraded to this one that mops and sweeps it does a great job. You can do a lot with it from your phone too.

Would not pay full price for it but with Black Friday got a decent discount and seems to work well. Not sure if it’ll hold up or not will update.

Works great on my hardwood floors, tile and area rugs. It can hop over thresholds easily and detected my layout spot on. I just wish it would go under my sofa because it does fit.

Robot is great , the only complaint i have is it mopped 2x and now rhe mop feature doesnt work?? The application is saying the robot is mopping / vaccuming at the same time which is possbile . How wver while the app says its mopping and vaccuming , physically its only vaccuming. I havent tried to trouble shoot it yet. Ill update after i either fogure it out or give it to geek squad to fix. Glad i have the coverage for all my geeky needs.

Works great i have had a eufi and a rumba then one seems to work better

Great robot vacuum. Use it to run normal scheduled cycles as well as spot cleaning certain messy high traffic areas. Hard wood/ carpet works good on both. Wife is happy.

I previously had a RoboRock Vacuum which performed excellent but was slightly loud. The sound didn’t bother me but my girlfriend is sensitive to noise. We got this Shark vacuum because it was on sale and had good reviews. I also wanted a vacuum that could mop as well. This does both, and is quieter, but doesn’t clean nearly as well or have as many features. I wish we would have stuck with RoboRock.
