Prior to this review, I owned a Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum and my review will reflect my experience with setting up this new device. The product was packaged well and easy to assemble with instructions. Setup in the app was easy, however, I was hoping to be able to re-use the existing map of my house from the other Robot Vacuum. Nope, the new device required to re-explore my house to map it for it's self. I initially figured that this was due to a difference in sensors needing to map and tag carpet areas, however, after the initial explore for 30 minutes...it then prompted me to have it map the carpets in any room I selected. It then spent the next hour vacuuming and mapping the carpet/rugs in the rooms. My slight frustration of re-mapping my home ended there when I sent it out to mop my bathroom and kitchen floors. It was so easy that could cry from the enjoyment of pressing a button and having the floors be cleaned! I originally had the docking station in a carpeted bedroom, but it seemed to struggle backing up onto the station after cleaning so I did relocate the device to a hardwood surface to help. Unlike my other device, it immediately knew what room it was in which was nice to not have to worry about it wondering in to clean the wrong room. Cleaning solution and water tank is easy to fill. Solutions smells clean and dries within a few minutes. While in mop mode, the device will lift it's self over carpets, rugs, and vents as well as moving the mop pad from side to side to provide some scrubbing action while it vacuums and mops the floor. I'm going to really enjoy not having to mop my whole house ever again.

I have been using the shark vacuum mop for about a week and I absolutely love it! You fill it with a solution of the water and the shark cleaner and you leave it. You can set a schedule, you can vacuum and or mop and anytime, and the map feature is fantastic. It is a very good vacuum / mop and a very easy to use app.

Works great and does a good job at maintaining clean floors. It won’t replace your mop or broom, but you will be doing it a lot less. A bit expensive for the value though.

Bought it on sale for around 4-500 dollars, worth it. Easy to use and rarely gets confused or stuck. We have two dogs and it really helps.

This is a great vaccuum! I schedule cleanings monday-friday for 9am when i'm at work. It has helped me tremendously with the upkeep of my house!

Was recommended by a family member of this item as I was looking for a product that does both combination of vacuum and moping. Could not be happier with this purchased from the huge holidays discounted sale price. Had it for a month and so far it does exactly as expected and then some. I've used it 4 times on a weekly basis and all I can say is my house is spotless and super cleaned now. Setup is also quite simple and ease of use. Highly recommended!

Does a very good job of vacuuming. We are surprised at how well it gets to the edges of the rooms. The mopping is slightly less impressive--in an effort to make sure it doesn't wet adjacent carpet areas, it leaves a 3-4" gap near carpet. I would not say that the dry debris capacity is good for 60 days unless you only vacuum a couple of times per month.

This has been working great. I have found that it works better to run a vacuum and then later run a mop instead of both at the same time but with the scheduling in the app it’s easy enough. With two dogs and two kids, this has saved my sanity. The only thing I wish is that it had a little more suction power as sometimes it will leave some dog fur behind on the rugs.

We really love this vacuum! We love that it mops and sweeps. The app has problems with letting me split the rooms accurately but it's close enough. We like that we can have it sweep and mop while being gone!

I purchased this for my mom. She absolutely loves it. She has a irobot and a bobsweep. She said they don't even come close to this shark model. Amazing cleaning. She loves that it leaves straight lines in her carpet. Her words this thing is amazing.

Keeps floors spotless. Pickes up cat hair off carpets well and mops efficiently. Only thing that could use improvement is the app. Sometimes it lags and will disconnect. Restarting the app normally fixes it. Overall, works as advertised.

I've tried a number of robots to arrive at this one. The Roomba bot would forget how to dock, causing battery to drain, and there were frequent bin issues. Fast forward to this one, I have a 3.5k sqft home and purchased this shark for the lower level. It vacuums AND mops as expected and for the frequency that I use it (mwf, Once vac/once mop) I fill the water reservoir and empty the bin every week and few days. Would recommend this product.

It'really good at cleaning and going over the rug amd around objects but the mapping is difficult and has to do it several times and move things. It just doesn't work well.

I have had this product for about two weeks, and I really like what I see. With three cats in the house , the floors look clean and I don’t have to empty it every day. Perfect!

Overall does great. Battery life could be a bit better and can be a bit noisy but definitely an upgrade from our older unit. App could also be better.

The sweeping is very good. Mop is decent. On try stains/liquid, you’ll have to go over it. The mapping is quick and easy. Took about 30 minutes for a 1500sqt area.

I love this product so much that I bought another one for my recreation room which is on another floor. Just tell it to clean and she takes off! I recommend this product for those that want a break from vacuuming and mopping floors

If you can find it on sale for $399 it's worth it. It does an ok job mopping but a better job vacuuming than my last shark
