Does a very good job of vacuuming. We are surprised at how well it gets to the edges of the rooms. The mopping is slightly less impressive--in an effort to make sure it doesn't wet adjacent carpet areas, it leaves a 3-4" gap near carpet. I would not say that the dry debris capacity is good for 60 days unless you only vacuum a couple of times per month.

Was recommended by a family member of this item as I was looking for a product that does both combination of vacuum and moping. Could not be happier with this purchased from the huge holidays discounted sale price. Had it for a month and so far it does exactly as expected and then some. I've used it 4 times on a weekly basis and all I can say is my house is spotless and super cleaned now. Setup is also quite simple and ease of use. Highly recommended!

This has been working great. I have found that it works better to run a vacuum and then later run a mop instead of both at the same time but with the scheduling in the app it’s easy enough. With two dogs and two kids, this has saved my sanity. The only thing I wish is that it had a little more suction power as sometimes it will leave some dog fur behind on the rugs.

The sweeping is very good. Mop is decent. On try stains/liquid, you’ll have to go over it. The mapping is quick and easy. Took about 30 minutes for a 1500sqt area.

I have had my Shark Robot vacuum for about a month now and it has been a huge help in keeping our floors clean. We have a dog that sheds a lot, which means lots of vacuuming needing to be done. The shark does a pretty good job of getting all of the dog hair ofd the floor and out of the corners. While the mop solution does not last 30 days (unless you are only mopping once a week I suppose it might) but seems to get about 4 or 5 mopping sessions out of it. My only complaint so far is the app does not have a multi map feature. Meaning, if you have a two or three level home, it will only let you map one floor at a time. Kind of annoying, but at least Shark sells the docking station on their website, so I plan to get a second one for upstairs. Moving the base and vacuum up and down the stairs constantly is kind of a pain. Overall, I like it, and it has helped keep my floors clean.

What a great purchase! This vacuum has great suction! It is not as loud as you would expect. It empties itself and refills the mopping water.

Overall it is ok. The suction can be improved. The only problem we have is the robot leaving the mark on the floor sometimes. I have to clean up after it when this happens. May be a malfunction unit but will see if it gets worse in the future or not.

I have been using the shark vacuum mop for about a week and I absolutely love it! You fill it with a solution of the water and the shark cleaner and you leave it. You can set a schedule, you can vacuum and or mop and anytime, and the map feature is fantastic. It is a very good vacuum / mop and a very easy to use app.

I am very impressed with the ease of connecting and programming this unit. And it does a great job both vacuuming and mopping.

I love our Shark Robot. It does a great job, and is easy to schedule. I wish that the Vacuum and Mop would vacuum the entire floor and then mop the entire floor. It seems like that setting only vacuums the carpet/rug and then mops the hard floors. We dont have any carpets/rugs so I would be wanting everything vacuumed and then mopped.

Does a good job on vacuum and decent job on mopping. Cleans most of the stuff, but need to clean manually if stains are too tough. Overall great to clean minor dust and vaccum on carpet.

Junk. It worked good for about a month, then kept giving me errors, couldn't dock, leaked water (once to the point where I had a puddle in my basement...the dock is on the main floor). The app is slow to respond and wouldn't let me register my vacuum. I have tried restarting the vacuum, reinstalled the app, and have regularly cleaned the filters and sensors. Will definitely be filing a warranty claim.

The set up was easy to do and getting it started was easy. Though within the first month, the machine tells me I have to clean the dirt detect sensor and there is no where to tell me how to do that. So trouble shooting that has been a pain. But overall the machine vacuums and mops well.

I've tried a number of robots to arrive at this one. The Roomba bot would forget how to dock, causing battery to drain, and there were frequent bin issues. Fast forward to this one, I have a 3.5k sqft home and purchased this shark for the lower level. It vacuums AND mops as expected and for the frequency that I use it (mwf, Once vac/once mop) I fill the water reservoir and empty the bin every week and few days. Would recommend this product.

Works great and does a good job at maintaining clean floors. It won’t replace your mop or broom, but you will be doing it a lot less. A bit expensive for the value though.

Overall does great. Battery life could be a bit better and can be a bit noisy but definitely an upgrade from our older unit. App could also be better.

Amazing as a vacuum, not so much as a mop. I live in the desert, have an outdoor lifestyle, and a long hair dog breed and this thing did great as a vacuum. As a mop, not my favorite. My whole house is wood floors so it got dirty before it ever finished mopping and would start to just leave streaks instead. The mop function was more of a hassle than anything. The self filling was cool but if I ever forgot to change the pad after cleaning up the streaks it would leave then my whole house would get covered in streaks. It definitely is useful, but I think my location and lifestyle was a real stress test on it. Only other downside was all situational but it was the perfect height to get itself stuck under the door of the dishwasher often times leaving an uncleaned house. It’s great for basic maintenance but not to trust as your sole cleaning device. I replaced it with a Dyson v15 and a regular mop and feel I see better results

I am a med student, constantly away from home or busy studying. Its very hard for me to keep up with my own place so this robot was a life saver, it took two things off my otherwise overflowing plate.

Keeps floors spotless. Pickes up cat hair off carpets well and mops efficiently. Only thing that could use improvement is the app. Sometimes it lags and will disconnect. Restarting the app normally fixes it. Overall, works as advertised.

I have had this product for about two weeks, and I really like what I see. With three cats in the house , the floors look clean and I don’t have to empty it every day. Perfect!
