I’m really impressed with this robot! It vacuums and mops really well, and the self-emptying and self-refilling features make it super convenient.

This thing works great vacuums and mops very efficiently. Gets on the legs of my dining room table and leaves the floors very clean feeling. It’s fun watching it blow the dog hair out of the corners and from behind open doors. I would for sure recommend it.

Works great. Very fast cleaning and decent battery life. Hardly getting stuck like the iRobots. Also able to clean in the dark. The App lacks many features though. Disappointing that I can’t set a scheduled clean where I can select specific rooms to clean.

The Shark vacuum does an amazing job cleaning and mopping—it leaves the floors spotless without much effort. It’s easy to use and the app is simple to navigate, but it could definitely improve. For example, it would be great if the app showed a map of where it has already cleaned. Also, the vacuum is a bit noisy, which can be distracting. Overall, it’s a great cleaner with some room for improvement in its features.

I was very happy model. It cleaned my floor throughly. And I liked the new sensor it keeps it from getting stuck as often other models.

The first one I had worked great until it started leaking from the base after about 10 uses. We called shark service and they reviewed it and sent us a new one! The new one works great love it!!! It mops and vacs as it should and is a lot more intelligent than the older style roomba!!! The shark works in a grid type pattern and seems to know where it is at a lot better than oldest style vacuum!!!

This vaccum its very accurade to map the house the app is very freindly, the vaccum+mop mode is very good, it doesn't matter what pile hegth the carpet is this vaccum can clean it up, the water tank is durable, I think my shark had moped my how like 29 times since I bought it, the only thin is it should has an over speed when rum over the carpet, but overall works very good

I bought the product because I like clean floors but I am lazy and don't want to vacuum and mop every other day. This keeps the floor's surprisingly clean and is able to maneuver better than any other robot vacuum. I've had before.

I have had "Rosie" for 6 months. She is very tempermental! And needs a lot of supervision. The NeverTouch is a joke. First of all she did not clean uner the kitchen counter edges where crumbs tend to accumulate. Even though there was plenty of room, the brush just either moved the crumbs or completely missed them. Even after running the task again, she still missed crumbs. She even missed crumbs in the middle of the floor. I had to follow her around and make her repeat spots. AND most of the time I would wind up getting out the REAL vacuum and/or mop. When I realized she was not putting out any water for the "mop" option, I had to take it all apart to find out what was wrong. When I saw she was not refilling water from the clean tank, even though she announced she was refilling, I realized she was actually spitting carpet fuzz back into the clean water! She would also spit out carpet fuzz in the middle of the room. After cleaning all the filters and pulling out carpet fuzz that should have gone into the dirt bin, we took her back to Best Buy for a replacement. Now I have to go through all of the setup of mapping again and Shark does not allow you to add a room after the first mapping. This is a big problem when you move into a new place and one or two rooms are full of boxes and you want to add those rooms later. So far I am not at all impressed with this vacuum. I thought Shark was supposed to be the best, but if this is the best I would hate to see the worst.

Good vacuumed. mop pad can be tricky to use, it gets confused at times, great self emptying and no bag.

Overall, a solid vacuum mop robot that makes my life much easier after upgrading from just a vacuum Roomba. While it does work well, software wise do not expect maps that match your home exactly or a flawless app experience. Shark has gotten better but it still has a way to go to meet Roomba in terms of software. Also, if you have pets that shed NeverTouch does not quite apply.

This is long so I'll rate each thing at top. Customer service: 5/5 so far (used once) Machine: 2/5 (when it works it works well) App: 3/5 (works for running machine, but nothing else) Okay so for the first couple months it was okay, then came the constant and I mean CONSTANT. Issues. There were connectionissues and then "My front bumper is stuck, error number 6, please clear any debris". Take this thing apart, clean sensors everything nothing works. Finally, call customer service, 10/10 there, they replace machine body. Gets here in a couple days, GREAT! I'm excited for my toy again. Now it's the mop pad plate error number 48, it wont attach/dettach on it's own, thinks it's on there when it's not, but can't attach on its own when it needs it, WHHHYYY?!?!? Probably gonna have to call customer service again at least their process is pretty simple. Oooooh and the app? Great for starting, pausing, mapping, but the so called scheduling that you can do? Nothing doesnt even work, not even paired with google home does this thing run on its own. So if i want it to run while we are sleeping? I have to remember to start it when I get in bed. Which okay fine but after working and running around AALLLL day the last thing I'm thinking about is this robot that's supposed to run on its own. Honestly, I wish these problems wouldve shown up sooner so I could return it and get a different brand. Do not recommend. Customer service so far 10/10.

Works Wonderful! We are very happy with the cleaning and the mapping worked perfect!

Easy to set up in home and through the app. Surprisingly quiet, it does an absolutely amazing job cleaning the floors. It makes our life so much easier having one last thing to do each day, especially since we have all wood floors!

it is not fully autonomous. You still have to move chairs and raise bed sheets so it could go under the bed. But it cleans well and the noise is not overwhelming. 8/10

Definitely My best purchase of 2024. It does everything it says it will do. Accurately maps my home and cleans well all from the convenience of an app on my phone

Honestly an amazing robot vacuum and mop, It works great at removing anything from the ground and keeping the place clean

I have gone through a few mops, this is the clear winner, the mapping is phenomenal. Truly cleans the floors, actually mops, not just pushing around as some others have.
