very quite and does a good job, mopping is the best

Overall, a solid vacuum mop robot that makes my life much easier after upgrading from just a vacuum Roomba. While it does work well, software wise do not expect maps that match your home exactly or a flawless app experience. Shark has gotten better but it still has a way to go to meet Roomba in terms of software. Also, if you have pets that shed NeverTouch does not quite apply.

So far this shark robot has been amazing! The only thing I wish they would add to their app is to start when I leave the house. I have had a few other robots like the overly priced Roomba’s that I spent more time with tech support than it actually vacuumed or mopped. I love that this shark will refill the water reservoir, you do not need bags for the dust bin. It’s really quiet as well.

This robot vacuum/mop combination is very handy. It can easily map out your home and clean, even when you are away. As a mom of 2 under the age of 3, it has become my biggest help. The only issue I have come across so far is that it has a difficult time finding the dock and I’ve only had it for less than a month. I may have to clean it already, since I read it could be the sensor getting a little dirty. I have a friend who recommended it to me, but she also says she has had issues with hers and had to get Shark to send part replacements. I hope I don’t run into issues like that. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

it is not fully autonomous. You still have to move chairs and raise bed sheets so it could go under the bed. But it cleans well and the noise is not overwhelming. 8/10

Definitely My best purchase of 2024. It does everything it says it will do. Accurately maps my home and cleans well all from the convenience of an app on my phone

I love this !! It works great for in between cleaning .. I work 19 out of 21 days so its nice to have something that does the floors while im busy . It doesnt scrub scrub but it does what you need !

I have gone through a few mops, this is the clear winner, the mapping is phenomenal. Truly cleans the floors, actually mops, not just pushing around as some others have.

Owned robot vacuums but never vac/mop combo. This has been an excellent purchase. You can add a schedule and “no go” zones. The vacuum is great but the mop is what’s amazing. Does a fantastic job keeping floors clean. Had an issue with unit getting stuck behind bar stools but setting no go zone in app has prevented issue. Would recommend.

I was nervous about the price and investment. I took the leap and I have no regrets. I have always wanted to try a robot vacuum and mop combo and finally had the floor plan that could benefit. The app works great. I have two small inclines between the living room and connecting hallways. I was worried that the vacuum would get stuck and never find its way around the obstacle. I was prepared to just find a way to make it work, even if I had to clean the rooms separately. To my surprise that has not been an issue at all. The incline angle is pretty steep for a robot vacuum. Disposing of the dirt when the container is full is simple and the machine notifies you. Same with refilling the mopping soap and emptying the dirty water. This has been my best purchase of 2025 by far. To anyone that is nervous about investing in a robot vacuum/mop combo, I was the same way. I trust this particular brand and specifically this model. I am not disappointed and will recommend this product to anyone that is looking to upgrade their home. I am even considering buying one for my mom.

So far, I am very pleased. Our “Jaws” goggles up all the dust and debris, mops, and empties its catch into the base. Great job!

I like the machine. It's very durable and well made. I wish it had a little more suction power since i still see debris left on the floor. I seem to have to redo the map too soon.

pretty nice vacuum + mop combo. i gave someone this as a gift and it was easy to set up and cleaned the house very well

The vacuum is a good valve but the app sucks. I don't know why Shark can't get a better app? I have tried several Robot vacuums and all of them have this issue. Don't know what's up with their mapping on these things but before I invest in it they will have to get this fixed. I took mine back and purchased. A Eufy x10 pro omni. That one has a way better app mapping system!

I have 4 dogs and this has made my life easier with cleaning. It keep up so much hairs. Mopping is not the best but it also helps and is not as dirty.

Best purchase ever! Vacuums and mops. I was skeptical at first if it would truly do a good job mopping but this machine is great!

Amazing vacuum. Like having your own maid. I setup a schedule to mop twice a week and so far it's wonderful.

I hold my reviews for truly remarkable products. Although I have only been using this robot for about a week, I could not be happier. I thought my carpets and floors were relatively clean, this Shark definitely has proved me wrong.

This is our 4th vacuum robot and this one is by far my favorite. It does an amazing job! Its so quiet and I love how it lifts the mop up when vacuuming the rug and go over thresholds. I highly recommend.
