Now I didn't give it 5 stars because of the app, (if you have it you know) it vacs and mops great, and maintenance is very easy, Jeffrey has some weight to him but not too hard to flip over and clean..I think I will keep him..

Love it very easy to install and does an amazing job

Works great! It rained and our dogs tracked mud everywhere. We ran the mop and woke up in the morning to a spotless floor!

I have had many robotic vacuums in the past and this takes first place by a long shot. It is very easy to maintain, does a great job vacuuming and mopping, and only needs attention about every two weeks. Set up was easy!

I love it , it helped me alot , easy to use and clean very good. I recommend.

Not very easy to use this is my third shark robot but my first moo and vac the others still perform well this one seems like to big to go under beds and tables keeps getting stuck and shutting off.I’ve called tech support without success the maps are not even close to the house I think this one is a flop

Quiet & performs amazing. Extremely impressed with my Shark.

Normally I’d recommend Shark Products but this 2-in-1 was frustrating. The tech is fine and the vacuum works wonderfully but the robot would not mop. I’d set it to mop mode, it would come off the base and error. I could send it back to the base and have it vacuum and it would just fine. Go back to mop mode I’d get the error again. I ended up taking it back to the store. Too bad! The features this had were wonderful.

I love the way how this works. It saves so much time and it is perfect for busy families.

Not a bad robot. I used it for a few weeks before returning it. The app is very user friendly. It just didn't have the cleaning power I needed. The suction wasn't strong enough, and there was no option to adjust it. The mop wasn't the best either. Sometimes, it woupd just leave wet streaks as if it didnt have enough water.

Idk why I took so long to buy this, the comfort knowing that once you got home from work everything is gonna be clean has no price.

Very good quality and easy to use, very good household helper

This robot is exactly what I was looking for to replace my roomba. Self cleans, vac and mops for maintenance and has a clean spot function that only goes wherever you need a deep cleaning. Excellent product!

This machine is great, it is easy to program and setting the schedule is even easier. I would recommend it.

I've been using it for 3 weeks and my house is now a whole new level of cleanliness. The dust that used to be on the floor is gone.

This little guy is amazing! It’s a huge upgrade from the Roomba we had before. Our floors have never been cleaner. It was a splurge, but well worth it.

Easy to assemble and configure, works great around multiple rooms in the house on hardwood floor and carpets. The most difficult part of getting this cleaning robot to go was selecting its name!

These vacuums parts last longer than irobot. I had problems with irobot silicon agitators wearing out within a week where shark is cloth and brush based agitators and can handle rougher surfaces. The scheduler portion of the app is limited to 2 schedules per day. We have 6 dogs and 2 cats after our family all moved back together. We had to put 2 of these units in our house, one on each floor. They both have issues emptying dog hair, often cloggong and throwing errors. They also dont fully clean the entire room if the schedule goes room by room per day. We have to schedule a whole home cleaning daily for it to work properly. Our downstairs base has already been replaced due to th mop water filter breaking in the first month. Overall a C for large houses with haed floors and many animals.
