So far it has been working great! We used it on carpet and took out all the hairs and stuff. Happy made this choice.

If Shark could design a spring-loaded cord rewind to replace the winding of the extralong cord, this would earn 5 stars. Works great, light weight and convertible to handheld are all super.

I purchase this vacuum for my business it works great on hardfloor or carpet easy to use not heavy best of all i use same vacuum for sofas and stair by just changing 1 part with one click

This vacuum is awesome! It picks up things I didn't even know my old one was missing. It works great on hardwood, linoleum, carpet, ceilings, everywhere. I cannot recommend this enough. I can't believe I didn't buy it sooner.

SO far I love this. I am regretting I didn't get the cordless option. But this vacuum works way better than the Oreck I owned.

I purchased this vacuum cleaner as a second one because the first one is too heavy to carry around. It's light enough that my arm doesn't hurt too much. I really wanted to buy a dyson model but it's so expensive for our budget right now. I cannot compare this one with dyson, but for the money, I'm satisfied with what I have.

The Shark is a light vacuum that converts to a hand held in seconds. When extended the vacuum easily goes under furniture due to the thin contour. It is also very easy to empty the contents - good machine - good price

This thing is great! So worth the money!! Works like a Dyson at half the cost. Very lightweight and converts into a handheld for smaller areas

A great vacuum for the price! It is super powerful, and gave a through and deep clean. Self propelling is almost too good, and the turning is amazing. The cord is not the best, tangles and gets stuck on things but the cleaning is so easy!

This has been perfect for our downstairs and hardwood floors- works great on the carpeted stairs as well. My only negative is actually a positive... works so well sucking up stuff it has to be emptied a lot.

Great vacuum. I was tired of all the rechargeable vacuums running out of power. I love that I can plug this in and vacuum until I'm done. I would have given it a perfect 5 if the hardwood flower attachment was designed a little differently. It is awesome for my hardwood stairs
