Light weight. Convertible. Super easy to clean. There's no place in my 2 bed apartment that can't be vacuumed now. It literally glides across the carpet/floor and suction is superb so far....

I knew for over a year this would be the vacuum I'd purchase, and am happy to have finally bought it. The reason I picked this one over anything else on the market is because it is a lightweight but powerful vac with versatility to be used on multiple types of flooring and with the tools to be used pretty much anywhere. I like the easy to empty canister and just how easy it is to use in small spaces. While maybe this may not be for everyone, it certainly suits my needs. Pros: Lightweight, easy to use, versatile, compact, quiet, bright LED, powerful suction backed up by a 5 year warranty Cons: Mostly the cord; doesn't retract on its own and has to be wound on the base, so if you want to switch to the other base you have to completely unwind it first.

this thing is awesome. it's got a ton of suction, great attachments, very light, and the LED lights (on the floor cleaning head and on the unit itself) are more useful than i thought they'd be. perfect for stairs and powerful. it really brought the beaten down carpet on our stairs back to life. pretty impressive really!

The Shark - Rocket DeluxePRO Bagless Upright Vacuum has performed beyond what I expected. Not only is it lighter and more maneuverable than any other vacuum I have ever owned, it is the most powerfull. It is so versatile, I use it almost every day.

Light, powerful, versatile. I wanted a corded vacuum because I can't stand when the power dies on cordless vacuums so I did not get the cordless Dyson. The Shark Rocket is perfect. It is light and easy to use. The edge cleaning is good, better than the heavier lift away model. It is really easy to change from vacuuming floors or rugs to a hand vac. The extension pole for vacuuming higher areas and between furniture is a good length and width. The attachments are great. It is easy to empty. In rug mode there is some self propelling so there is less strain on my back. I purchased this vacuum after my Shark Lift-away died. Since I purchased the Best Buy replacement plan it was easy to bring in the broken vacuum to the store and exchange it for whatever replacement vacuum I wanted. I got credit for my purchase price of the broken model towards the new vacuum. The Lift-away vacuum was way too heavy and cumbersome for me but the Shark Rocket is perfect. I am vacuuming more now since it is so much easier with my Shark Rocket.

Super cleaning ability with attachments and design to clean everything and stores so compactly. Bought this when we downsized and needed something small but powerful to keep up with pet fur, transition from hardwoods to rugs and maneuver around furniture in tight spaces. My mother has this vacuum and loves it I went on her review. It is fantastic. Super versatile with clever attachments and genuis design. Easy to switch from wand to handheld. Easy to clean out - love being bagless. Also love that the cord is long enough that i can do the whole first floor from one outlet !

I needed to buy a new vacuum for my 89-year-old Mother. Something easy to use and lightweight. This was a nice choice. It is lightweight and easy to use and it works wonderfully. My only complaint is that it does not stand up on it's own. You have to either lay it down or lean it against a wall or piece of furniture. All of the attachments are nice and the vacuuming is great. I also like the easy to remove and empty trap. I'm happy with my choice!

I absolutely love my Shark! I just wish I would have bought it years ago. It is a lightweight, easy to use vacuum. It is so easy to remove/add attachments. The cord is pretty long, longer than my old vacuum. I am able to go from wood floors to carpet with ease. The suction is amazing! I am able to clean my wood, tile, and carpet plus dust windowsills, baseboards, corners, etc so much faster than having to use 2 different vacuums plus a swiffer. There is nothing negative I have to say about my Shark.

Great suction, long cord and weight is unobtrusive. The only complaint is the plastic feels bit cheap in comparison to the more expensive brands but I have no problem with saving $150 for better suction. Glad I bought it.

Notes: I only have hard surface flooring & one small but prolific shedding dog. This replaced both my Dyson full sized and stick vacs. Pros: * Great suction and with the lights on both the floor attachment and the handheld vac part, you can see that you are covering all areas. * Works great picking up pet hair on floors and furniture. * Long cord (i have about 1,200 sq feet). I have a outlet in a place that I can use that I can cover 3/4 of the place. I just have to switch to do the kitchen. * Dirt cup size works for me and is easy to empty. * Compact for storage *Decent pricing/good value Cons: * I'm not tall and the height of the floor attachment wand is a bit long. Not a big deal, but I wish it was adjustable. * It's top heavy with the handheld mounted. So you have to take the handheld off and put it on its front hook or lean it against something to keep it upright. Again, not a big deal for me as it is easy enough to do. Over all I am very pleased with the Shark quality and performance.

Lightweight, easy to use and cleans better than my old Dyson (I did my own side by side comparison). Better price vs Dyson as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The Shark Rocker Deluxe Pro is very good. It is easy to assemble, lightweight, easy to maneuver around the apartment, under tables, etc. and cleans extremely well.

I bought this model on the recommendation of a friend who had purchased a different model through a TV infomercial. This model was the same price and had the added features of lights when using the motor half only and had 2X the size of dust cup for the same price she paid with no shipping charges. It is a powerful sweeper on both carpets and hard floors and because the motor is up by your hand it doesn't blow the dust around the floor before you can suck it up - it's wonderful!!! Incidently, the friend who purchased the lesser model put hers in a garage sale and went and bought the same model I got and is even happier with it! I recommended it to my daughter who also went and bought one and she's thrilled with hers as well.

I needed an easy to use, lightweight vacuum cleaner for my Mother because her old vacuum had finally stopped working. I chose this Shark Rocket Deluxe and am quite happy with it. It was easy to put together - the three component pieces snapped together, and I was vacuuming immediately. It cleaned very well and was easy to empty of all the dirt and dust it had picked up. My only complaint is that it doesn't stand up on it's own, you have to lean it against things or lay it down when you pause or stop using it.

I had a regular vacuum and I really needed a compact and lighter one. After investing quite sometime on the web educating about new technology in the vacuum field I purchased this item and now I am quite happy with it. It works, it is lightweight and the onboard LED lights made a difference in detecting dusty on the floor. Turn your room's light off and use the onboard LED lights and you will see how easy it is to really make sure you are cleaning your floors or carpets. This is a good alternative to the much expensive ones!

It's lightweight, efficient and easy to use. Attachments are simple to attach, duster for hardwood floors is terrific. Easy to empty the dust.

This is a great vacuum cleaner. It is lightweight, has great suction, very easy to empty, stores easily on a bracket, switches attachments easily, maneuveres great, can be used on multiple levels and stairs with ease. I would recommend cleaning any hair from the brush roller after every use. I would highly recommend this vacuum cleaner.

This is the best vacuum! Great bargain too. Powerful suction and wonderful attachments. I love to see how much dirt and dust I can pick up. Compact and fits nicely in my hall closet.

I wanted to have the best vacuum cleaner for our house so first i purchased the Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. Absolutely hated it because whatever time frame they tell you the full battery would last, it wouldn't. The Shark, though it has a cord, it is lightweight, easy to use, and cleans just as good, if not better than the Dyson, and for the price compared to the Dyson, a much better value.

I needed something that goes from carpet to floor without much hassle. This vac does the job. You can switch to higher suction for high carpets, and it does pretty good. Easy to maneuver , enough attachments. The only thing I would've liked better is a more substantial duster behind the brush, but I suppose it would get in the way when you vacuum rugs. It does have a small thin bristle row to sweep after you suck the debris off the floor, just doesn't seem enough. Overall, I'm happy with this vacuum.
