It is light, easy to use, and exceptionally powerful.

Purchased this to use in the rv we often live in when i am working, we have 2 kids and a german shepherd. it works awesome picks up everything including dog hair. Easy to break down and use the attachments. Works as well today as the day it was purchased.

So far I love this vacuum. For such a small machine it really does a nice job of pulling up dirt. I have 2 cats and it gets the fur up really well. The attachment for the hardwoods is great and does a better job than a broom. Lightweight and since it detaches to a smaller unit it works great in my car and on stairs.

My wife and I love how easy it moves across surfaces and how powerful the suction force is at the vacuum head. No spot is too hard to reach. The hand held attachment allows us to reach all those areas you can't reach with a regular upright. It is also so easy to dump the dirt after it has cleaned up a room. We love it!

I think this is a good value for the price. It so versatile and light and easy to maneuver. I feel like one of those smiling women in the tv commercials every time I fire this baby up.

I use this vacuum on a daily basis. I have 5 children living with my husband and I. Along with an Iguana, turtle and two cats. The cat hair is a big issue for me. This vacuum picks up the pet hair along with everything in its path. I have a Kirby vacuum and this Shark does the job just as well without the weight of the Kirby. The one issue I have is the container needs to be emptied more then the bagged Kirby does. The attachments that come with the vacuum are very handy and easy to use while in the vacuuming process. I love the fact that I can take the power head off and use the wond without missing a beat, replace it and continue to sweep.

good suction so far and love the lights on the front! love the ease of changing tools and love going from the vacuum brush to the microfiber pad for hardwoods. only downside so far is that hair gets caught in the brush pretty easily so you have to stop and manually pull that out of the brush.

Purchased this vacuum because most of my house has wood floors so I spend more time cleaning them than vacuuming carpet. This vacuum does a great job of picking up dust and residue. I use to dry mop and then wet mop the wood floors every week. Now I just vacuum every week and wet mop once per month. For carpets it is very good. Only down size is that the dust/lint container must be emptied almost every time it is used for all floors. But, this is easy to do. Much better than the other more expensive vacuum I had. Gave the old work, still in good working condition, to Good Will.

Overall, it is a good product. It is light weight, easy to use and has good suction, however, it does not stand up alone and falls over! (Too top heavy!) It is not what I expected from a Shark brand. I would return it but not sure Best Buy would take it since I used it.

Awesome light-weight vacuum system for any type of floors - carpeted, hardwood, etc.! It also does upholstery really well. My favorite feature..... It reaches all the way under my bed with no problem! The only "down-side" to it and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it does not stand up by itself. It's very top-heavy so you have to either lay it down flat or prop it up against the wall or a piece of furniture to get it to stand up. As of today, that is the only down-side I have found. Other than that, GREAT vacuum & I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This is the most amazing vacuum ever! Can't believe how much crud I'm getting out of my carpets! It's so easy to clean the dirt canister, too! For such a lightweight vacuum, this is so powerful but easy to empty, with great attachments that are easy to use. Highly recommend!

Defenitely love this vacuum its really light & easy to handle. Suction is very powerful and you don't need to buy a bag to store all dirt. Absolutely amazing item!!!!

This vacuum gets the job done. I use it for my hardwood floors, stairs, and dog bed. Good suction, easy cleanup, and the LED lights really illuminate what's ahead.

Easy to maneuver cleaning machine that is extremely light. Large container for dirt/dust etc.can be emptied effortlessly. Very useful attachments. This is the best vacuum I've ever used! Highly recommended!

I bought this to supplement a cheap stick vacuum my sister gifted me a few years ago and possibly replace a Bissell pet Upright I bought about 7 years ago. I needed something that was powerful enough to grab the junk my kids drop all over, yet it had to be light enough for my wife to carry between floors. Surprisingly this thing is stronger than my Bissell was when I first bought it. I've been using it for 7 months now and it isn't fading on power. It has a small collection cup but that is just fine for my needs as I can clean half the house thoroughly before dumping it. The filters are washable and I recommend doing so at least once a month. You'll see easily just what it's picking up and appreciate those filters being washable. The bad, if I can call it that, is that this isn't really an ultralight vacuum. It can be if you don't use the carpet head, but that's a fine thing because it's weight is in the motor located on the head itself. The only other complaint I've been able to find is that it didn't stand upright for storage. You have to remove the handle/cup and hook it onto the base otherwise it's just too top heavy. You can use the enclosed hook to mount it in a closet or a wall, but I didn't locate a permanent spot for it just yet. All in all, I'm thoroughly satisfied with this vacuum.

The shark vacuum is great for so many reasons. Suction is amazing and the shark is really easy to clean. I love that the shark comes apart and can be used in many places of my home.

I love this vacuum because it is light-weight & it is easy to handle. The suction is fantastic. I also own a Dyson but it is too bulky for a small house.

This vac is just what we needed. Not too heavy, great suction on carpets and hardwood floors. Easy to empty, attachments are easy to change.

Got it for a large apt then decided it was so sweet kept it for my small loft. A little hard to release from upright position w/foot but better w/practice. Does an impressive job on the carpet throughout. Can't really tell how it's doing on tile floor. A few levels up from the stick I had. Smooth & powerful.
