Left my carpet looking like it had been professionally cleaned. This is light weight, easy to use, clean and is so versatile! I absolutely love it. I just wish it came with ALL the accessories that you have to pay extra for..lol

Lightweight and powerful! Right out of the box, the Shark Rocket easily cleaned carpeting and linoleum. One pass was all I needed to sweep the floor clean. Emptying the dirt and dust was literally push button easy. Very pleased with the performance and design! 

I bought this & a Dyson cordless, returned the Dyson & kept the Shark. The Shark is light & easy to use, picks up great. The cleaning width just fits our steps & is collapses to make cleaning easy. Lights on the cleaning head show pet hairs & other small dirt on wood floors that might be missed if not lit up. My wife loves it!

I love this vacuum!! It is absolutely perfect for wood or tile floors! The accessories are easy to swap out and are very handy. My mom had the previous basic model and is super jealous of mine! Oh and I love the led lights on it! It really shows you what is left on the floor and brightens dark corners!

I absolutely love this vacuum, very powerful, light helps under furniture, and navigates effortlessly. HOWEVER, the machine Best Buy sent me was obviously used as the nozzle was full of hair. I understand someone may have returned the item if they did not like it, but you could at least clean the nozzle out before repackaging and selling to someone else. Gross...

Works great on carpet or hardwood floors. Also, transitions well from one surface to another. The canister is small but I think it is needed to keep the weight down. I do have to get use to the way the head of the vacuum moves. Really pleased.

Great light weight vacuum that performs like a heavier model

Bought this for the wife she loves it very light weight and easy to use.

Compact, lightweight, maneuverable, easy storage, but not as powerful as we would like. We got this to replace an old vacuum that never did work well and use it in our basement to do hard floor and area rug. It does ok, and we won't be taking it back, but it requires more work than necessary.

I have a Dyson & a Kirby already, as well as 4 kids, a cat, birds, and 2 dogs. Vacuuming happens daily in our house, sometimes a couple of times each day. I was looking for something powerful, easy to use, on board attachments, and preferably cordless. After researching, I gave up on a cordless model because a $500 vacuum would only give me 15 mins of run time. I like the Shark Rocket. I use it on carpet, hardwood, and tile and it's convenient and powerful. I haven't bothered to turn off the brush option & it still picks up on flat surfaces really well. Cat litter & bird seed are no problem. Like a Kirby, it is self propelled which is nice. The dirt cup is easy to access & dump. It picks up animal & people hair like a champ, but be prepared to clean the rotating head brush occasionally. It's super easy to vacuum on steps with the power head or an attachment. Low profile, which makes it much easier to clean under furniture & it vacuums when it's laying flat too. The swivel head is nice, similar movement to the Dyson ball models. The downsides are that it won't stand on it's own. Be prepared to lay it flat on the ground or back on it's storage hook. The head is smaller than a standard vacuum. This adds a little time since it doesn't cover as much floor space at one time. Included accessories are minimal-a wand/crevice tool & 2 attachment heads. The dirt cup is smallish. Not a big deal to me, but you can probably count on dumping it every other time you vacuum. Overall, it's a good buy. It's the first vacuum I reach for over my Dyson & Kirby just for convenience. I do recommend trying it in the store. I went to Best Buy because they let you test drive all the vacuums. I also tried the orange Rocket model, but went with this one because the cleaning head was slightly larger, it swiveled a little easier, and seemed to have better suction.
