We needed a vacuum to clean our hardwood and laminate floors without scratching them. The Shark RocketDeluxe Pro has worked very well at picking up small particles in the vacuum part and collecting the dust on the microfiber pad. Light weight and easy to use.

Was looking to replace my regular upright (which was always getting clogged) and cordless vac (which could never hold a charge) with a single portable unit, and this fit the bill. The closest thing in size/weight is the Dyson Slim, but that is also cordless.

While the salesperson was not a lot of help, i was pleasantly surprised with the power of this little vacuum. I could tell on the store sales floor it was lighter and easier than the upright i have but was afraid it would only be a glorified "dust buster" . I was very wrong and pleasantly surprised. It was also nice to go from carpet to hardwood/tile with only the push of the button on the handle. love the attachments too.

Very powerful, lightweight , extremely maneuverable . Does a great job on both wood floors and carpet. Love the bagless feature. Picked up tons of pet hair and kept going! Only negative for me is tha it's top heavy and won't stand up on its own.

This vacuum is light weight. Stand up storage is very convenient Easy to empty the the dirt compartment the swivel action makes for quick n easy to vacuum around n under chairs

Simply opened up the box, assembled it and started cleaning. Love how easy it is to dispose of the dirt in the canister. Unbelievable amount of dirt pickup for the size of the vacuum. I would definitely recommend almost half the price of Dyson - of which I replaced with this.

I bought this vacuum as a quick pick me up vacuum when I don't want to use my Kirby. So far this vacuum has been great. I can go from vacuuming the carpet to vacuuming my hardwood floors without having to make any manual adjustments. It that regard I love using it for small jobs and keeping the hardwood floors dust free with the added hardwood floor attachment. It goes without saying that I recommend this product.

This vacuum is easy to use, has great suction power, and is lightweight. It is also easy to adjust the parts from a handheld vacuum to an upright, and all of the variations in between. It's also easy to clean.

All-in-all, this is a great vacuum. There is only one thing I don't like.... it does not stand upright on its own. But it is lightweight and gets under the furniture with no problem.

The Shark is very easy to use, gets into tight spaces and moves seamlessly between my carpeted areas and my wood floors. It was a great price and we are very happy with it.

omg let me tell you the first time i used this...i thought my old vacuum kept my place clean but i was SO wrong. the first time i used my Rocket i was so embarrassed by what my other vacuum wasnt picking up. this is super powerful and actually makes vacuuming fun since its so light weight! i reccommended this vacuum to all my coworkers! its worth every penny!

I purchased the Shark Rocket, after researching vacuums, because I needed a lightweight vacuum due to my fibromyalgia. Their commercials boast about powerful suction and I was a bit skeptical but decided to try it out. I can't believe I'm saying this.....but I LOVE this vacuum. I actually enjoy vacuuming. It maneuvers with ease, I can vacuum the stairs without lugging a heavy vacuum and it really is powerful. It picked up the dirt and grass both on top and in the grooves of my big entrance mat at my door, with such ease and that is something that my full size Dyson fails to do. Super super super happy!!!!!

I have not found one thing negative thing to say about this vacuum. I did a LOT of research before I bought this product and it has not disappointed. The versatility and effectiveness is great. This vacuum completely replaced my regular vac. I also need to mention I have tile and carpet in my home and its equally as great on both surfaces. Not only can I say that I would I recommend this but I DID recommend this product to my friends.

This has made housework bearable now. I think all of my cobwebs are gone now, and the spiders have packed their bags and moved outdoors. It's just so easy to go from vacuuming the dirt floor to cleaning the crevices where the wall and ceiling meets. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a light powerhouse of a vacuum cleaner. It makes it even a better deal buying it from Best Buy! What could be better than buying a great vacuum cleaner? Buying it from the best electronic store out there!

I don't know if I'd recommend this if you have thousands of square feet to vacuum. But, for our home, this is perfect and easy to store. It is a bit top-heavy, so we still need to find a way to store it conveniently, but uuse is easy enough for the kids to keep the stairs clean.

I love the detachable hand held unit for cleaning steps, Also like the way the unit breaks down for storage. The only thing I didn't like was it seemed to pull the fibers out of my new Berber carpet.
