Good vacuum but a little on the bulky and heavy side compared to others. I’ve owned several Shark vacuums before, this is my favorite but it is bulkier than others. Not sure I will use the “lift away” option since it is heavy to carry around. Love the pet attachment.

Great vacuum with lots of power and suction. A bit on the heavier side but the removable canister with cose makes it easy to reach tucked away places

Needed to replace my old vacuum after years of use and went with this one. Bought this about 3 weeks ago and so far this has been a good vacuum and like it. It takes getting use to the fact there is not setting for height but you use a sliding valve to control the suction. I like that you can disconnect the vacuum from the to bring a lighter version of it for when doing the stairs. It comes with 3 attachments but only has places to keep two of them with the unit. No biggie as I just add one of them to a basket I have with other attachments for other vacuums. Another item that I will probably miss from the previous vacuum is the self cord roll-up. This one has old school hooks to wind it up again not a big issue.

Never had a Shark before but the other reviews were good so I thought I would try it. I really like it. It does a great job on the carpet as well and the tile. The cord is long and I like the lift away.

This is by far the best vacuum I have had and I’ve gone through several. I vaccine almost everyday sometimes twice... dogs cats kids husband lol. Low mine. Easy to use does carpet and hard floor

Amazing vacuum! We have a lab and her dog hair is everywhere, this vacuum is the absolutely fabulous ~ picks up everything easily. I never owned such a great product! It is a little on heavy side but it's not an issue.

Have had it since Christmas and is easy to use powerful and quieter that the old vacuum we had. We have never had a Dyson but I would like to do a side by side comparison. For the dollar I think the Shark would win.

Works great with pets and vacuum is very powerful works even better than the older shark rotator we have. Easy to clean and maintain. Best Buy price matched the price dedicated worth the money.

Purchased due to ease of operation with swiveling head and removable canister. She says it works great on the carpeted stairs with the power brush removing the dog hair.

So far so good. This has similar features as my Apex and it was a good price point as a Black Friday deal. Bought for my daughter who has long thick hair as does my granddaughter. She’s ruined the dysons’ ive lent her due to not removing the build up of strands. She needed this technology and I needed to quit worrying about her dirt and inability to care for the brush head. It does work for their shedding. I don’t like the on/off button on the body of the cleaner nor do I care for the ability to control the flow. But it was cheaper than my shark with virtually the same bells and whistles. Due to my daughter’s history I bought an extended warranty for the first time.

This is a great vacuum! I love watching the dirt and hair fill up the canister. I know exactly when I need to empty it! So satisfying! Works super well. Easy to clean and maintain.

Has decent suction and fairly smart design, but it is pretty heavy. Does get hair on the rollers, but easy access to them allows you to clean quickly. Have had better and worse. Would recommend when on sale.

Use this for commercial cleaning. Lightweight has attachments which are essential. Easy to put together, love how easy it is to empty.. Wish it had a longer cord but nothing an extension cord didn't fix.

The vacuum itself works fine, but it seems like some of it is not made as solid as some of the previous models of Shark. Also, it does not include a dust attachment, which is pretty standard with any vacuum.

After getting used to how it maneuvers, I’m amazed at how much dirt it picks up. I like all the features, especially the lift away and easy it is to change the suction.

Since I owned an older version, I was happy to purchase this one as a gift for a family member who needed a vacuum. They love it. Easy to use and attachments are awesome.

Switched from Dyson Animal 2. Highly recommended. Very strong pickup. Easy to use options. Glad I made the switch. Only con is a shorter cord and the vacuum is heavier.

So easy and efficient to use!!!!! Had a Bissell for 10 years and was upset when it would not work anymore. Am very happy with my Shark, it cleans carpets really well.

I have found that Shark vacuums are reliable, work as you think a vacuum should, and last a long time. This is my 3rd Shark. It was very easy to assemble and started using it within a few minutes of taking it out of the box. It seems to have a longer cord so that makes it easier to get more space covered in less time. I recommend getting a Shark vacuum if you're in the market for one.

I've had two Dysons and this shark is better than both of them! It's light and I can get under furniture very easily! The wand is easy to take off and it goes back on in a snap! Tho only thing I'm not wild about but definitely not a deal breaker is they I wish the cord was placed a little higher somewhere on the vacuum as it kind of gets in the way but I solved that by just holding it with the handle!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning on purchasing a new vacuum!!
