I’ve always been a fan of shark vacuums this one cleans just as well as the other ones, but the bad thing is that reaching in small low profile areas it won’t do the job a bit bulky on the main vacuum part easy to maneuver and easy to assemble don’t take rocket science… simple a bit pricy though

I like this vaccum. It’s easy to clean, and it’s not too heavy to carry up and down the stairs.

This was bought for a friend. He related that he really likes the way it performs. Suction is much better than previous vacuum he owned. He is pleased with the accessories although would have liked the brush that cleans baseboards. Would recommend to others.

Bought this vacuum a year ago and still in working perfect condition. Good suction love it on my hardwood floors this is a must if you have kids and pets.

Does everything I need and more. Light enough my kids can easily carry it up and down the stairs and easily moveable to be able to actually vacuum the stairs. Overall great vacuum.

This thing is awesome!! It picks up hair like you wouldn’t believe!! I am so glad my wife talked me into buying this for us. If you have animals, this thing is a must!!

Review written on 9/14/23 It is a decent vacuum but if you have vinyl floor the new snap together (like wood) I would not recommend this one. It has these pieces on the bottom that hit the floor and make horrible noise. When put on hard floor it is just the roller brush which doesn't seem to clean as well. Suction is great. On the ends of the wands there is a rubber like material which I loved in the beginning. After prolonged use this wears off and then the suction makes even more noise. I have mixed emotions. It is more like things need upgraded due to the types of floors people have now. I am on the search which is sad because when i bought this vacuum it was $400. I do have it covered under Best Buys plan and may end up using my warranty but i just don't want something else that is going to tear up again. This is a heavy vacuum also. If you have shoulder or wrist problems avoid this one.

Works great! Picks up what a broom can’t shark by far is the best in these types of products.

I needed a good vacuum that is lightweight, easy to use & because we have 2 dogs it needs to work good at cleaning dog hair from one & grass & things that cling to the hair of the other one.

Great vacuum! I originally bought the Navigator but was very disappointed with the suction power. I got the Rotator instead and am very impressed. The roll ensures the carpet is cleaned deeply and polished.

Great vacuum that is replacing an older model. The new “fins” on the brush that get rid of the hair tangling problem that haunted me is the best. Some options on our older model are missing on the new, like a longer cord and more adjustable suction. Those things aren’t deal breakers, but would have been a good feature to carry over to the new model. The main downside is the dust cup has a hole in the middle of the bottom that dirt can go through when emptying. Overall a good upgrade but could have been just that much better.

Lightweight. Powerful. Relatively quiet. On sale. Works great on our hardwood floors - best at picking up dog fur of any vacuum we've used. The lift-away also works well. The swivel range is also very helpful.

This is a lovely machine, my wife has muscular dystrophy and the self propelled system helps her greatly. The suction power is great and really makes cleaning floors and easy chore.

It’s not bad. I had a Dyson for 5 years before buying this. The floor agitator piece broke inside 6 months and I found out about their limited warranty. With some fighting I got them to replace it with me only paying shipping. Replacement is still going 8 months later and it’s been pretty good sense.

Very satisfied with this vacuum! Light weight, really strong suction, easy to use and works great on both hardwoods and carpet. Relatively small overall form factor - stores easily in small closet/spaces.

Has really cool features, and really easy to use. I love the Shark line with the hardwood floor roller that dusts and polishes while vacuuming. That is the main reason for purchasing my 3rd in 10 years.

Best vacuum cleaner I've ever owned. I've gone through lots of different models that haven't been able to keep up with my two dogs and three cats, This Shark is up to the challenge. It's powerful and handles well. What I really love about it is that you can break it apart very easily to remove anything jammed anywhere on the machine, and it snaps back together in seconds. I also like the large dust cup, which empties at the push of a button without making a mess. Another plus -- the rollers haven't jammed once which is miraculous given the amount of hair shed by my dogs and cats.

Lightweight, easy to maneuver, easy empty,decent power

I love this vaccum! I read some complaints about it stalling out with long carpet - if on low speed yes, but when on high as it is supposed to be for carpet, it does great! Yes, with very long, thick carpet, if you pull very slowly it is possible to stall out the roller bar, but we have a large room with fairly long carpet, and a large area rug in the living room with very long strands, and we don't have any trouble. This vacuum is amazing on hard floors also picks up everything, and so easy to take off the house to reach more difficult spaces. Great suction power and versatile for our carpets, laminate floors and the stairs. Love it.

We upgraded to this from a dyson animal after moving into a house and this thing is great. Living in ariozna with dust, having a giant ragdoll cat who sheds everywhere - this vacuum has been wonderful.
