Terrible Experience - Used Vacuum Sold as New

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The vacuum cleaner I received was clearly used, despite being sold as brand new. Nowhere in the listing did it say the item was refurbished, open-box, or previously owned.
When I reached out to the vendor, instead of taking responsibility, they offered me $35 to keep the used vacuum; then increased it to $50 if I agreed not to return it. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to pass off a damaged, used product as new.
The vacuum arrived in terrible condition, and it’s shocking that a marketplace as reputable as Best Buy would allow vendors like this to operate on their platform. This kind of behavior damages customer trust and reflects poorly on Best Buy.
I will not be purchasing from this vendor again, and I hope Best Buy takes action to prevent this from happening to other customers.
