This one is expensive but has good suction and is easy to push/pull. Diet cup empties ok but really requies a regular rinse. I like others are concerned about the longevity because of the cheaper/brittle plastic. Be careful how you tip it back, how you remove the accessories and don't bump it into anything. There is no rubber bumper. Also I agree the cord is thin, brittle and cheap, if you run over it the cord will shred. The manufacturer knows this and puts warnings seneral places in the documentation. There is NO excuse for this. The odor neutralizer really does nothing, I don't know why some people say it is too strong. It vacuums well. We will see how long it lasts, I looked at a LOT of vacuums and this was the best option including Dyson.

I absolutely love this vacuum! It’s powerful, easy to maneuver, and works great on both carpets and hard floors. The DuoClean and PowerFins really pick up everything, including pet hair. I also noticed a big difference with the odor neutralizer — my home smells fresher after vacuuming. The lift-away feature makes it super convenient for stairs and tight spaces. The suction is better than my last Shark but is where it ends. The power switch is not on the handle which is very inconvenient. There is not a light on the main pickup so when you use an attachment it is hard to see in dark areas. The light is only on the front of the main body. The power cord is about two feet shorter and the bottom latch on the dust bin is weak.

I bought this two months ago. It was a replacement for the previous model. I love it so much more! It maneuvers more easily, the self-cleaning brush roll is a life changer, and the odor technology is a wonderful unexpected bonus! The only negative is the power cord is a lot shorter. I definitely recommend this vacuum cleaner!

This vacuum is amazing! I love all the attachments that comes with it and the suction is really strong and picks up everything. You can also lift up the dust tank and use the suction tube for hard to reach areas like blinds and it's light weight. I really love my shark vacuum 10/10 recommend!

My last shark that I had for 14 years. Finally get the dust. This new one is amazing. I have very long hair, and I love the fact that the hair doesn't get wrapped around the wheel. The dustin attachment works great on fans. I live in the desert with a lot of fine sand and it gets everything up. Super easy to put together. No tools needed. Everything just snapped right into place out of the box. I love my desert shark

I needed to replace a 15 year old Shark Navigator that finally gave up the ghost (vacuum motor burned out). I have several long-haired indoor cats, so was desperate to find something that would remove cat fur that was embedded into the carpet. This machine has exceeded my expectations! The self-cleaning brushes are a Godsend, since I used to spend 15 - 20 minutes every cleaning session unjamming the brushes due to the hair. The vacuum has excellent suction, is easy to empty and the air freshener feature leaves the rooms smelling clean - no overpowering fragrance, just a nice, fresh smell. I'm very happy with my purchase - I can now clean several rooms in 30 minutes, because I don't have to keep stopping to unclog the brushes.

So far, really good! Love the suction and the air deodorizer on this vacuum. We have 3 dogs and really helps get a lot of hair up. Also like how we can remove the canister and use the hose for higher areas.

Vaccum works perfectly. The suction works fantastic. Its very easy to use and isnt heavy at all. Highly recommend this vaccum.

Good assembly, good power, light, good maneuverability;

I had to return this vacuum due to the strong scent coming from the odor neutralizer. I am sensitive to smells. Even at the lowest setting, the smell was very strong and lingered throughout my home for hours. It really bothered me. The odor neutralizer cartridge is removable, but I would rather just have a vacuum without this option to begin with. The vacuum is lightweight and has great suction. It leaves nice lines on the carpet. It is also very easy to assemble. I am rating it low and would not recommend it because of the odor neutralizer cartridge.

We are pleasantly surprised at how powerful and how well this vacuum works! It was a breeze to assemble, the filter is great, there are no residual odors when cleaning and it is a breeze to empty. Overall great unit for the investment.

This thing CLEANS and SUCKS. It picks up hair and dirt like no other vacuum I ever used. Only annoying when to empty the canister, I do it outside as dust goes flying everywhere but that's what any bagless vacuum does.

We love it! We replaced our older shark that we frequently abused and that beast lasted 8 years. It still worked fine, but it was ugly and looked mean like my MIL. We got almost the same model, this time with the deodorant. Now we can vacuum errant kitty litter and it doesn’t smell like flowers, ammonia, and depression. Love this brand.

The vacuum works great in our multi cat home. It doesn’t get clogged very easy to use and lightweight. Great on the stairs.
