Love the versatility of this machine, it can reach heights and depths. It can lift away if you need to clean the stairs, it comes with an odor neutralizer. Has two brushes for carpet and hardwood. Easy to assemble.

Awesome machine !! We are a multiple pet household ; and I have went through so many vacuums without good results. Finally decided to try the shark and WOW !!!! I highly recommend this vacuum as it really works getting hair off floors and furniture!! I’m happy I actually have a vacuum that works !! I’m a true Shark now !

I use to have another name brand vacuum and decided to try a Shark after my old vacuum stopped working. I keep telling my friends that a vacuum should not make a person this happy. It is so easy to use and picks up all my dogs hair. I even took the time to learn how to properly maintain it, so it lasts for years to come. Do yourself a favor and buy this vacuum!

Did a ridiculous amount of research before deciding on the Shark. Vacuumed my loving room carpet woth my old Bissell then immediately vacuumed it again with the Shark. The amount of dirt my old vacuum left was insane. Easy conversion to handheld. Literally two buttons and youre good to go. This is the best vacuum ive ever used. The only downside is that there arent enough mounting locations for the attachments. It comes with three but only able to store two on the unit.

Fantastic suction! Debris slides across the floor into it! It takes a little practice to deal with the swiveling tractor, but after a bit you can turn corners usefully. The lift away is handy!

An absolute amazing product for vacuuming in a household of pet's/ children. Bought this product cause we loved our old Shark vacuum that we had for almost 10yrs, and it literally has made a difference for our 6yr with asthma due to our dane/dalmatian who shed quite a bit. Most definitely suggest for any family with dogs that shed and anyone with allergies

We have 2 dogs and 1 that sheds. This vacuum sucks up all the hair and works great on both hard floor and carpet. I would highly recommend to anyone. I also love the clean air scent that can be changed out and the filters are easy to clean as well.

I really love my new vacuum. it is great at getting up all the dog hair. I have 3 dogs. The attachments are nice. I can vacuum my sofas and dust my fans. Love it. Did not like the manager on duty the day I bought it. I called to see if the another vacuum was in stock. I was told it was. When I got there, it was not. The next thing available was $100 more. The gentleman that was helping did ask the manager to see if a discount could be applied due to the one I wanted was not stock and made the trip to this store to get it. She, her name begins with an "A", said they have that problem with the call center telling people they have things in stock that they don't. And did not feel the need to give me a discount. I feel that is bad customer service. I buy from Best Buy frequently.

Have a long-haired pup, and boy, does he shed, especially during the wintertime transition. This vacuum zips across my carpet and clears all the hair from my floors. I recommmend this to anyone who has a best friend who's a pup.

This Shark vacuum is easy to use and there is no long hair wrapped around the roller brush.

Absolutely love, my new vacuum cleaner, never thought I would be so excited to get a new vacuum cleaner! My new house has carpet in the three bedrooms and living room and hallway, previous owners had pets. Easy maneuverability, easy to empty. The bin works wonderful the hoses come off, easy for getting cobwebs up in corners, and all the attachments are useful

This vacuum is fantastic at picking up dog hair. My dog changes the color of the carpet she sheds so much and this vacuum reatores my carpets intended color with ease.

The shark vacuum is the best .the suction is very strong. It is light to remove to do stairs and easy to empty. It is a wonderful vacum

The shark rotator vacuum is a good little vacuum. I like it how it really picks up pet hair and its not too heavy.

I previously had the shark rotator powered lift away pet edition and i absolutely loved it had it for 7 years and absolutely abused it. Took alot. So it was time for a upgrade. So far im in love with it does absolutely better. Only thing i miss is the ability to use the liftaway part the brushroll comes off and cant be used off the vacume only the wand works no powered anything for atachments but its ok.

Great vacuum. Easy to use and works well. The vacuum is light weight and maneuvers well around furniture.

Not even a month of having the vacuum my cord got destroyed called customer service and had a new vacuum within days.

My wife and I are police Officers with 3 dogs and extremely busy schedules. This vacuum cleans so well and keeps the dog smell inside of the filtration system. It was extremely easy to put together and is powerful at cleaning. We have owned if for a few months now and the cleaning power/smell prevention has not weakened at all. A purchase I would recommend .

Great vacuum! Picked up dust and debris my older Shark couldn't. Light weight and was easy to assemble out of box. Nice hand tools.
