I was a bit hesitant when looking for a new vacuum. This one rated well so I figured I would give it a try. Glad I did because it has been a great purchase. All the different features make this vacuum great use overall.

this vacuum is easy to operate and lightweight. I can easily do stairs with it too.

Absolutely love the shark vacuum. I love how versatile it is. It is wonderful to be able to take the canister off and vacuum the steps easily or even take it outside and vacuum my van. Great product

After reading the reviews, I purchased this vacuum mostly to be used on our hardwood flooring and a couple area rugs. The Vacuum has great suction and powerful motor for the rugs. We only have about 900 sq ft. of hardwood flooring and this became a real pain to get out and use, especially for my wife. Between it having a power cord and a heavy motor/canister it was just too much. If we had more carpet or a bigger area to clean, I might have kept it. Ultimately I returned it to the store and purchased a Dyson cordless which was a lot more ideal for what we had to clean. So if you have a larger area to clean and they power cord and weight is not an issue, this is a good choice. But if you have a small area, this might not be ideal.

I traded up from my 10 year old Kenmore canister. I was wary of the new bagless vacuums but this machine does a great job with dust and dog hair. I also wasn't sure if an upright would work as well as my canister. I love that it comes apart and can be configured several different ways for reaching stairs, drapes, etc. It is very easy to empty and moves easily from bar floors to carpets.

Very powerful vacuum with lots of attachments. We use it every day on carpets and also on our hardwood floors.

Great value for such a powerful and versatile vacuum cleaner. Surprisingly light for such a powerful vacuum.

This vacuum is a little bulky but does a great job

I read a lot of surveys about various vacume cleaners before buying this one. Works great and has a lot of attachments. I just wish there was a way they could all be kept on the caddy that they supply

So far is performing as expected. Is light, has several accessories and, the most important... good suction.

I had the Shark Navigator but returned it for this model. It was a wise decision. The accessories surpass that of the Shark Navigator and its efficacy is unparalleled. This is truly a great vacuum.

So far so good. It fills up with dirt and carpet fibers quickly though. It sucks well. :) It also gets hair wrapped around the brush head often and requires some attention to free the hair to allow the brush head to spin. It is a good vacuum though. I am happy with the purchase.

Works on all surfaces and very easy to use. Works well on pet hair and gets under furniture easily.

I'm pleased with the vacuum - I already have a smaller one that I'm thrilled with. It picks up everything in it's path. I really needed the extra capacity dirt cup or I would have bought another small one. My previous vacuums were Dyson and the Shark picks up more dirt. My only disappointment (if you could even call it that) is that this is quite a bit heavier than I expected, however, it moves with ease.

Does a great job with great suction and the versatility is awesome. Worth every penny.

Had to replace our older vacuum and upgrade for a two adult, two kid(under 7), two dog and a cat household. Works great one getting up the dog hair and kid crumbs everywhere. The only downfall is if you use it for larger spaces or have big messes, you will have to empty the canister frequently otherwise the vacuum looses suction.
