Very light, easy to use and does very good job cleaning

Great vac. Cleans well, easy to maneuver and cannister cleaning easy. Only thing to consider, a little heavier than smaller vacs and miss the retractable cord function. But cleans great and light in front helps

I have three pets and lots of carpet. This vacuum laughs at it. Picks up hair, dirt, dust, and other messes. The motor is so powerful that you have to pull it back and never push. Great product

Great packaging. Setup was a breeze. We had just used our dyson ball and then used this to see if it picked up anything else….wow. Dyson is gladly going to the garbage. Also amazed how nice it glides across hardwood and carpet.

Amazing cleaning power, simple to use, This is a replacement of a previous Shark but this one has a longer power cord, more lights in all the right places - in the wand, in the handle, in the floor nozzle - and the thumb controls for power and carpet height make this a pleasure to use!

My wife loves it! Best vac she has ever used and it’s a step above her older Shark. It blows away our previous Dyson as well. She loves how easy it is to push around the house and really likes the options.

This has superior cleaning power to the dyson. It is more versatile in capability as well as being a better quality product.

amazing vacuum!! our old Dyson vacuum just wasn't getting the job done so we decided to try our shark for the first time and omg it did not disappoint. all the functions it was is just great and practical to use

This vacuum sucks, no really it really sucks up dirt where ever it is hiding. Great vacuum. I would recommend you buy it if you are looking for a really good vac.

This vacuum is great. It has done everything I need it to do and more. It’s a joy to use. The lift away feature is super helpful and the attachments that come with it are very helpful.

great vacuum easy to move around furniture and stairs

We purchased this vacuum to replace a stick style vacuum. The vacuum perform well had great suction it was considerably heavier than the stick style vacuum. If you wanna vacuum that sucks great it is easy to maneuver this is your vacuum. We returned this model and purchased a shark corded stick style vacuum.

Excellent suction & leaves no dust. Love the lights & lift away mode. Rather disappointed it didn't come with the motorized pet brush attachment (it does come with it if you purchase the vacuum from Shark online). It's not the best with edges & the cord is frustrating very stiff & tangles easily. Plug doesn't stay in outlet well either. Wish it had a retractable cord feature.

BOUGHT IT MORE FOR THE ABILITY TO GET INTO SMALL PLACES. Like that its lightweight. Easy to use. Good product

Sucks, really sucks well. This is a powerful vacuum that almost to appear to be self-propelled as you go over carpeting. Switch to hard floors or remove the hand-held unit. Convenient.

I bought this shark vacuum to replace a Dyson Cinetic Ball that I absolutely HATED. It was heavy, bulky, and gave us nothing but problems almost from the beginning. Prior to the Dyson we had a shark that I liked but it was so small: the dust bin, the beater bar, the cord were not conducive to a large (2500 SQ ft) home with pets and kids. It's been well over 7 years since my last shark, and I just figured they had improved. It's not any different than my first one, except pricier. First the bad: the cord on this vacuum IS NOT 30 feet long as advertised. It's 24 feet. I took off a star for that. The vacuum tips over when you use the wand. Like, every single time. It's almost as if the suction is so good that the base can't handle it. I took off another star for that, because the last shark I had was the exact same way. After all these years that problem should've been corrected. The power button is odd, sometimes you have to press it a few times to get it to work. It has to be adjusted manually when switching from low to high pile, or to hard floors, but the control is right up on the handle so that's convenient. It doesn't do well on hard floors. It only holds 2 attachments on board at a time. The beater bar is really small, as is the dust bin (same problem as the last one I bought). I was aware of the sizes when I purchased this time so I did not take away any stars for it. I don't understand why vacuum manufacturers always put a little hook to slip the cord into (not the one you wrap the cord around to store it, but the one you're supposed to put the cord in to keep it out of your path when you vacuum). I'm 52 years old and I've never in my life seen one of those that actually worked correctly. One thing I didn't think would matter but I'm so glad to have is a head light! I never would've thought that would make a difference but it really does! It really is an incredibly powerful little vacuum. The dust bin is so much easier and less messy to empty than that of the Dyson. The lift away feature is SO convenient when vacuuming stairs. Overall it's a decent vacuum for the price, but I honestly never would've gotten it if I'd known the cord was 6 feet shorter than advertised. I mentioned that error on the Shark website and never got a response. My first floor is 1700 SQ feet and I have to vacuum the kitchen/dining room, unplug and move to the family room, unplug and move to the living room, then unplug and move to the master bedroom in order to get the entire first floor done. This is exactly what happened with my last shark but that cord was advertised as 25 feet. This one was wrongly advertised as 30 feet.
